14. Cancellation
There are no recurring charges on our credit based websites (except the recurring packages indicated on the payment form), therefore it is not necessary to cancel the account if you'd simply like to discontinue using the service.
Despite this, if you want to erase your account it will be done so if you submit a cancellation request to our Customer Service (https://lifeselector.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new)
In case of our subscription based sites recurring charges can be canceled anytime if you submit a cancellation request to our Customer Service. (https://lifeselector.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new)
The non-recurring lifetime membership concerns the lifespan of the interface the site provides. This means that the special offer you received entitles you for unlimited access to the content available on the site from the day of the purchase until the permanent complete shutdown of the interface. In case of a future permanent shutdown, please direct any complaints to our Customer Service (https://lifeselector.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) agents and your remarks will be considered accordingly to the history of your account.

@silver42

I'm convinced that over time, the rate of difficulty in getting SECs, Jokers and Ex cards, has increased in games.

There's no longer any No more embarrassment (if there ever was?) for Totem to make people spend credits unnecessarily.

The aim is obviously to get people to buy more and more credits. Member loyalty seems to be of little importance to them. (There was a time when I found that hard to believe, but not anymore).

It's one customer lost, for every 10 new ones they have to spend on their games, and other projects (Dolz) that are useless in my eyes.

I believe that people like you and me, who like pretty women, the regular iStripper program, who have a complete or almost complete collection, and who like to have a new girl on our desk every day, should buy just the regular cards. The rest is unnecessary. Except when Totem decides to give us an SEC with the purchase of a full month's worth of cards, or like recently a free Joker card with the purchase of 1000 credits.

This makes it less frustrating and allows us to keep our credits for regular cards. That's my humble opinion.

@silver42

I have been a menber of virtualgirl (istripper) since the very first version, in one way or another. Where the animations were maybe an half inch tall (they were about the size of the Discord button in the lower right corner).
Like all companys thing change, some good, some bad. In istrippers case mostly bad (lately). They seem to NO LONGER care about their customers, the one that have ALL the cards or most of them. You can see it in everything they do.

When they offered all the cards that will be released in April, I got them. The bar for the SE card only moved 1/2 to 3/4's of an inch for 362 credits. That was the straw that made think about staying or leaving istripper. I decided to wait till I got back from my adventure way down south. I played the games every week except when they had games where you could get a discount on packs of cards. I haven't won a joke in over two years. These current games,you win IF your lucky once for every ten losses In trill spin you used to get credit for five or ten losses in a row, not anymore.

It seems like everytime they have an EX card, they change the rules (up the cost) & lower the the value of the quests. One coin for every show you buy, never noticed what it was before, ( had all or most of the cards). All the times before you could use a gift card, not anymore. I brought four cards using gigt cards, didnt get any credit for them, still show zero brought.

I don't know how everyone else feels, but I think we (the customers) should allsay enough is enough. Treat us better or we will leave.

When I get back to America in October or November & thaws out before my winter starts there. I'm not sure if I will stay with istripper. Right now, I don't think it's worth the bs anymore.
