Check your profile History to see the if the cards have been correctly added to your collection. Then, try to synchronize with the servers or quit and relaunch the app.

In the settings of the app, Full Screen section, make sure that all the eroticism levels are enabled and enable Play all clips too. Launch a show, right click on the girl and select Full screen on the circular pop-up menu.

How do I get the girl of my choice when using full screen background.

I select the girl, activated full screen but a random girl appears.
If I do it the other way around the full screen disappears.

Take a look in your collection. Sometimes, once I open the collection, the recent cards appear. I don't know why there is a delay, but open the collection, wait a bit, and maybe the cards will appear.good luck

I just played the event and from my free draw I received a free thrill spin. The spin gave me 3 cards, what cards and can I see which ones? The price was in the slot were the model's finger were pointing.

Then, choose 'my music'.
Then, click the + (plus sign) to add music from your computer.
From what I see, the files must be mp3 or wma.

Also, there is a volume control immediately left of the on/off button.
Here, you can choose to have music on or off.

Ok thanks...the setup is new i've been away from this application for many years.

Favorite does work for individual cards in the collection.
Within the collection, not a specific card, just hover the mouse over any card.
Then see the heart symbol top right corner.
Click that and you have a favorite card.
Automatically this is added to the favorites playlist.
Simply click my playlists, then favorite. There you will see all cards marked as favorite, and this list can be added to the queue. Open the favorites and click on start to begin playing all favorited cards.

I don't know how this helps me in my Collection.
I just see hearts on some cards between others. I can't see only them or only without them.
Favorite works only for Models category, not for Collection category.

Sorry but you will not be able to get it with a Joker card.

This may change in the future but currently none of the previous Hot Streak cards are available in the store.

Pretty much the same for the Ex cards which, to date, also cannot be obtained with Joker Cards. Although there have been some "after the event" scratchcard games where you could win the Ex cards. Maybe they will offer something similar for the Hot Streak cards in the future.

I confirm, we can't open or edit our comments in the latest versions of the software.

I want to edit a comment on a card/show review, but I can't do this in the latest version of the app. The option doesn't appear for me.
Can't comments be deleted or re-edited anymore?

To find these videos, go to the store tab in the software. Find the dressing room tab at the top by the forward/ back button.
Once you purchase a video, you can find it in My Collection, at the same place as the store.

The dressing room videos are streaming videos only, you can not download them.
