How are you playing the cards ?

It may simply be that in your settings you have left the "Show Duration" slider at its default rather low value and that every time you play a card it does not play for long enough for it to have reached the more explicit clips. The "Show Duration" slider is only visible on the settings page after enabling "Advanced Settings".

If you right click on a card's Play button it brings up a menu from which you can then choose "Play All Clips" which will override the "Show Duration" slider.

You may also choose to use the "Levels Of Eroticism" setting. You can set that so that you only see the more explicit levels, or you can suppress them if you want.

Also note that not all cards have any "Sexually Explicit" content. The cards in the iStripperXXX collections all have such content, those in the plain iStripper collections, with few exceptions, do not. When you are about to buy a card there will be a badge indicating its level of eroticism.
