Welcome to Istripper. Have you downloaded the cards?

Go to "my collection", click the down arrow on a card to download, then repeat the process for each card.

Try "striptease"

Do as @JayZ971 says and then go to the app's settings page, go to the "Safe For Work" section and untick the box labelled

Request password before anything (the password is always 'striptease')

unless, of course, you want to keep on using that feature.

I am also new and I have a different problem which is that I paid for some cards with credits and never recieved them due to my internet service deciding to be the kind of internet that doesnt have any internet in it could they please be added back to my account they are as follows

I paid for some cards with credits and never recieved them

Click on your Username on the Top Left Corner inside the Client to visit your Profile.
Click on the History Tab on the right, can you see your mentioned purchased Cards there ?

If Yes click on one of them and you should get right away to this Card.

In your profile, I see that you bought many Booster pack "twentyfivemayw2-2021". The cards which you speak about are in these Booster packs ?
If yes, you have to open a ticket to the customer service and provide all the infos for the team to explain the problem. To reach the link to open such a ticket, click on the "i" with a circle at the top right of the GUI.
