Show quality comes and goes and judgements are very subjective. We need to give Totem a break...the Ukrainian border is closed, their strategy of using girls from there is unworkable and they're using whatever performers they can find in France. I have no idea what the make-up and costume people do about social distancing, but it can't be easy.

If everybody else agrees with you, it'll show in the sales figures and they'll get back to the standards we're used to as soon as circumstances allow. Personally, I reckon we've seen a few very good shows in recent weeks and I certainly don't regard August as a disaster. More like a breath of fresh air....

Keep in mind that totem has also been accumulating extra profits for the last two years through somewhat nefarious gambling methods and "special events". They haven't appreciably improved the product technically with these extra proceeds, with the 4k being a tiny upgrade and being paid for by subs. They haven't opened new studios, or added new features, props, or even costumes for that matter. So I don't think they deserve a free pass because from the customer point of view they are supposed to be reinvesting these "non-service" profits back into the models, so we can get better performances. It is clear they aren't willing to pay full price to get a parisian girl to do a full show, and are treating 2020 as an isolated event, while ignoring the massive amount of money they made in 2019 and 2018 while not providing an improved product. It does appear as if they adjusted in the middle of the summer as Audalove shows more than anywhere else on the internet, and Fanfan ld, a glamour model, appears to do some level of xxx. This seems to mirror their american experience where they tried to save money by limiting the models, but the shows were so poor that they had to increase investment. The good thing is totem is still building a catalog, so if the girls do not make their money back immediately they can still be used to market the product and eventually they will turn a profit.

Reply to Pantalone - To approx. 60% I agreee with you to approx. 40% - I don't ! - Please note and remember I didn't speak here about May/June - nor about February/March - or even 2019 or 18 - JUST about last month and most of all about the last 2 August Weeks of Shows - which had been somewhere between quite dull to very dull. But also YES - there had been also a few REAL GOOD Shows - like (for example ) also Clara Rene's erotic Police Costume Show - which had been in Truth or objectively seen a real good Show in total - as well as on behalf of the Outfit ( including Stockings and Shoes - basically very good looking Half-Boots btw..) as also on behalf of the Performance. Also this Show proofs in my Opinion - just for example - that a good Outfit can increase the Female Erotics pretty much and makes it all much more powerful as well as joybul. But I also know that their are a lot of "ALL NAKED/NUDE " Fans in the Ordiance of I-Stripper and the Majority should be more than less young Men - mainly below 35 yrs. of Age - but also several Women - mainly Bi-Sexual Women and Lesbians are ALL-NUDE Fans ( to avoid further misunderstandings -I personally love Bi-sex. Women and even Lesbians - the later however most of all when they love Classic Erotics and Fetish as well). Indeed, I agree with this train of thought. A userbase in the millions would also be bringing a different kind of profit which I don't think is reflected in the software - it's a niche within the industry, and not a very well-known one. I don't think I've ever met anyone who has heard about, much less used the software IRL.

It's hard to read the OP due to poor formating but in general I agree that the recent crop of shows - the girls filmed during COVID - was not that interesting for me. I don't mind the lack of nudity, I just don't find them too attractive. Celia and Audalove are fun for me, but that's about it.

What are good outfits is very subjective: what the one likes, the other doesn't like, but outfits are very important to me in the buy/not buy decision.
A great outfit of last Friday was for me Takha in the ***** outfit, which corresponded with her girlish face and supple way of moving.
When I buy a show the following decision process is taken:
1. Do I like the model
2. Do I like the outfit (preference for normal clothing)
3. e-card or f-card (preference for e-cards)
4. Is the model a reasonable dancer
When buying a show it's always a kind of compromise. The last years I have become more selective with buying shows, which feels good. A week without buying a new edited show: no problem.

I didn't participate in the August pre-order. Still one point of critisism: too many shows of the same models, so lack of variation. There were three shows of Takha!
In the Advent of 2019 there were far more different models; maybe one or two shows of the same model.

On the other Hand - however - I also know that I-Stripper and many others still have to deal with the Impact Desaster of the "Neverending Story" of CORONA/Covit-19 and so far - after my - Impression I-Stripper dealed with this Problem VERY well and GOOD in total ! - Nonetheless I think that the Show Quality did fall downward during the last Month of August - and especially during the last 2 weeks. - NOT so much on Behalf of the Perfomance within the Shows and maybe also not sooo much on behalf of the Models - Girls and Women - Most of ALL in my Opionion on behalf or in regard of the OUTFITS and as well as in TOTAL - most of all compared to the recent Years 2019, 2018 and 2017 - I think that has to be stopped and turned again towards the better again - by some ***** (small) new Show Performance Rules and partly better feminine and/or Erotic Outfits - again. What I mean by that I will explain somewhere around the Middle to the End of September - in a - perhaps - not too long " Show Improvement Suggestion Comment " by me . So, the Conclusion is - I do have the Impression that I-Stripper Shows had especially during August ( and especially during the last 2 weeks) reached a new Low Point - after some Years with a lot of ***** and good Improvements and has to get better again (compared to this August - most of all.). With regard to the direction of the girls shadows and those in the background or foreground elements of the scene, You can use a small rotation to change its direction slightly but if you rotate by more than a few degrees the shadow will detach itself from the dancer's feet. There is little that can be done about that without using a more complex shader to generate the shadow - you need to distort the clip containing the shadow from a rectangle to a parallelogram by applying a shear transform or even better by applying a combination of a shear and an taper. This can be combined with the blurring that is already being used for the shadow and even with a gradient applied to the colour and opacity of the shadow. But though this is relatively simple shader work it is by no means trivial. I have such a shader but it is a real ***** to use. Someday I may try to make it more user friendly, but until then i do not recommend that you try to use it unless you are really comfortable with using or writing shaders.

With regard to the direction of writing on the girls clothes, you could reverse the whole scene then the girls could enter from side and still have the writing the right way round.

We never had any reliable numbers and we guesstimated. To be honest, I think the figure of 16k active users (really buying cards) is closer to the turth than 2 or even 20 million.

Letters inversion : I chose to let the girl enter from the left rather than let her
magically appears somewhere on the scene, so the mirroring is inevitable in this case (but letters on clothes are pretty rare).

There should be separate clipSprites for the girls and their shadows. Just change the pos: X value of that for the shadow to match that of the girl.

An alternative method that can be used when creating the scene is to nest the clipSprites for a girl and her shadow in simple a Node, something like the following (where I have added leading .. characters to preserve indentation, they should not be there in a .scn file)

Note, there are no pos: clauses in the clipSprites themselves so they default to Pos : 0, 0, 0 - of you use one then then it will specify an offset from the pos: given in the containing node - this can be useful for reflections if you want them to be slightly lower than they would otherwise be.

The use of a node like this can also be used to tie a clipNameSprite to a clip - but if you do then it might get obscured by any foreground items in the scene so it is not always practical. You can even nest a clipNameSprite inside a clipSprite, that way not only will they move together if you change the pos: for the clipSprite but you can omit the Source: for the clipNameSprite as it will use the one from the enclosing clipSprite - this ensures that you don't accidently display the wrong name (as I have all too often done).

I will point out that "downloaded" is not the same as "installed" - though I doubt that there would be that much difference so my 2 million figure is very likely just due to poorly remembering the 20 million. As an aside I remember downloading and installing 3 times with different accounts in quick succession (and never using the first two) before I settled on this account, we also see people regularly saying that they have lost their collection due to accidently creating a new account when reinstalling - but that will, I hope, only be a small proportion of the accounts.

Nor do we know how many have only looked at previews or have bought only a very small number cards before deciding that "this is not for me".

What percentage of them now have a completely full card collection? (+/- 100 cards)
Is it all of the Hall of Fame?

From the Hall Of Fame we can only reliably see the number of those with an absolutely full collection or are just a few cards short of it (last month up to 19 cards short). It only shows 250 entries so those lacking 100 cards would be way off the bottom of the list. But we do not know what the distribution is - there may be a sharp peak close to the 100% full collection or there may be no peak there at all - we ordinary users have no way of knowing. (actually we know that there is a very sharp peak otherwise we would only be able to see those that are one or two cards short of a full collection, I was thinking of a possible sharp peak that might be a few hundred cards wide underneath this very sharp one)

Je vois le nom de la fille au dessus d'elle au loin. Puis celui-ci disparaît. Comme j'ai mis le nom de la fille pour qu'il apparaîsse toujours dans les configurations du programme, il réapparaît au dessus de la fille, lors du changement de clip, mais en plus gros. Soit que je vois le bas du texte du nom, soit je ne le vois pas du tout. J'imagine que c'est tout dépendant de la longueur du nom.

Ainsi par exemple en petit je vois au loin "Dominno - Punta Cana" au dessus de la fille. Ensuite une fois agrandi, je vois juste "Punta Cana" en plus gros au dessus de la fille. Je crois que le nom devrait être repositionné sur le côté de la fille, et non au dessus. Faites le test avec le même réglage que moi pour l'apparition des noms. Je ne sais pas comment faire une capture d'écran avec une scène, sans qu'elle disparaîssent auparavant, lorsque je pèse sur les touches du clavier.

Quelqu'un peut me dire s'il y a un moyen ?

Les écrans en 4096 sont extrêmement rares, 95% des UHD qu'on trouve dans le commerce sont en 3840 (tous les écrans TV et quasiment tous les moniteurs) pour respecter le 16/9 qui est la norme en TV. Pour utiliser iStripper, le 3840 est très bien. Il faut aussi une carte graphique pas trop minable pour gérer correctement tous ces pixels, bien sûr.

Probably @pickle1. Thanks to the Showroom, I was able to "look ahead" and see that there were a few cards that I wasn't interested in getting. So I didn't get this months pre order.

One ***** problem with using a single image with transparent portions for both background and foreground is that when using GIMP to do this and then resizing the image before exporting it would lose the colour information from the transparent area - at least with the version of GIMP that was current 18 months ago I have not checked the latest version. This doesn't invalidate the technique but it does mean that you have to be careful when creating the transparent sections - if you do need to resize after creating the "holes" then use the Colors/Curves tool to temporarily make them visible again and and after resizing set them back to transparent (unless, of course, there is no longer a problem with the current version in which case you don't need to bother). Fortunately GIMP has an almost unlimited undo capability which has been of immense use to me with this and other mistakes that I have made editing an image.

Je voulais vous dire que j'ai également un écran 2560x1440.

C'est juste que lorsque je fais jouer les filles sur iStripper, je configure mon écran en 1920x1080, le programme étant optimisé, il me semble pour cette configuration.

La résolution de l'écran doit aller de pair avec la format des shows téléchargés : 1920x1080 pour des shows en 1080p, 2560x1440 pour des shows en 3k et 3840x2160 pour des shows en 4k. Si le format des shows ne correspond pas à la résolution de l'écran, lorsqu'on joue le show en 100% le logiciel va mettre la vidéo à l'échelle, consommant ainsi plus de CPU (ou de GPU si plein écran).

@sh42n81 - there is at least one other oddity with the scene previews. If, as I often do, you use a single image with transparent sections, but with colour information retained for those transpaent sections, for both the background and foreground parts of the scene then those sections are displayed in white in the previews (or at least they are on my machine).

In case you are wondering, I use this so that I only need one image file rather than two and it automatically ensures that the background (which has blend: false) and the foreground (with blend: true) are perfectly aligned. Unfortunately, without resorting to shaders, this technique can not be extended to three or more layers in one image.

Thank you for the lighting discussion. Once we start getting into triangles and vertices, I'm way out of my depth. Apart from a vague awareness that "triangles" are a thing in graphics for gaming, I don't have a foundation of knowledge here.

I have played with many of the "light" properties and have found that they have little apparent effect. Even testing the idea that a light must be placed behind a model and rotated 180 degrees if the model herself is rotated does not seem to hold true. The model in the scene that I'm working on is rotated but she lights up just fine if I place the light closer to the viewer than she is. If I position it deeper, but do not roatate it, she also lights without issue.

I was able to affect the intensity of the light by altering the z value of "pos:" and placing it farther away, and it *seemed* to have a ***** effect if I adjusted the y value. Adjusting the x value did not change the light property in any way that was perctible to me.

In the end, I acheived, to some extent, the effect that I was after by creating a mask of a dark, solid color, and then applying a gradient from transparent to that color.

At least the numbers seem to add up sensibly for you, mine don't quite do that. However, I made a mistake when I said I had 39 withdrawn cards - I stupidly miscounted - there are only 36 as the program says.

EDIT: The discrepancy, when using the correct value of 36 withdrawn cards, is entirely explained by the 17 SECs that I own, For some reason I thought there were 18.

For me, on "titiii_beach2020_isle" the name is already vanished when the zoom is complete...
Doesn't found any delay or duration parameter for the names display in fullscreen parameters
so i don't understand why we don't see the same animation.

Je n'ai trouvé aucun paramètre de délai ou de durée d'affichage du nom dans les paramètres plein écran
donc je ne comprend pas pourquoi nous ne voyons pas la même animation.

If you click on my name it will tell you that I have 4605 cards (or at least that is what I see when I do it). However when I look at My Collection it tells me that I have 4658 cards.

Withdrawn cards are not included in the first figure - I have 39 of those though when I display only those it says that I only have 36. I do not know what the explanation is for the rest of the discrepancy - though it is close to the number of Special Event cards.
