Uninstall from PC an New install to another, and second Install on my Notebook

Hello,
I´m a new User from Germany, (excuse my bad English)!

At first Time, i install VGHD on my PC in my Office!
Very Godd! I install it also on my Notebook! Great!
I havey Buyed the Booster Pack! (Super Good)

Now I must remove the First install from the Office PC. Order from my Boss ;-(
Now I will install it on my Private PC, but it will not accept my login!
It says to much Installations........

What can I do to remove from Office PC and install at my private PC with my account and Girls?

If totem does not respond in this post by monday contact them by online form in the help section.
Explane your situation and thay will most likely help you with your problem.


Edit: Only totem team can reset your number of installs.

I have the same problem ... i have installed in my pc.. after i formating my pc.. ok.. again install in my pc and not problem.. but after i installed in my notebook and not accept my login... is a great problem...

Can anyone confirm that it is a fact that totem do not allow more than one re-install. I have had to re-install several times due to computer crash and have been unable to retrieve my collection. This woule explain it.

There is a limitation in the number of installs to prevent piracy but if you need an added install you can contact support using the Live Chat on the help page and tell them your problem and they can add another install :)

I ordered 2 girls namely CAROL-G (9) and ZUZANA-(111) and 2 tickets were deducted on 12/01/2009 but after so many hours I have not got the girls downloaded in my computer as yet. Kindly confirm please.

I have 2 PCs and have downloaded 2 sets of VGs. How to see the other girls of Pc in this PC and vice versa? Can I have the girls of other PC in this pc and the girls of this PC in my other PC? If so how? Kindly explain to me. I would be grate ful to you. Thanks.

Contact customer support using the Live Chat on the help page when all is up and running again later this week. They will help you clear your install history, granting you new installs. This should fix your install problems.
