Unfortunately there is no longer any support with "iStripper" and there has been no response to emails for days.
The chat bot doesn't help, real supporters are no longer available (anymore).
Account reset not possible for installation.

The thread is monitored and Moderators are able to reset installs (moderators are not able to see support e-mails but they can see Install Reset requests in that thread). Generally the moderators can respond much quicker than support for simple install resets.
