Hi @charioteer

The Club21natural option is only visible after i selected the 100 Credit Option
in combination with Sofort Banking.
Furthermore the Checkbox is clearly visible in my Browser window, i'm using Firefox.
Please have also a closer look on the Bottom if the Box is ticked/unticked.

Maybe, if you are using any Script/Add Blockers for your Browser i highly recommend you,
to: Whitelist the Billers Page!
to see all available Options, i had to do this in the past as well and since then i can see everything.
Feedback welcome...
Yes of course, it was mentioned before already from @Manue

Hi, If I don’t click on the link do I still get charged? and how do I cancel? if you Didn't create a club21natural account and Supply them with a Payment option Then they can not bill you. But I'm not...
To Avoid being billed, you must Cancel your Account before the end of your 3 Day Promo.
request a cancellation:
https://www.famesupport.com/

Use the Information from your E-Mail when you make Contact with Famesupport.
supplying me with a login link and a password..! (I'm not aware of having submitted ANY details regarding
membership to Club21 Natural and ESPECIALLY payment details,
I can only assume those details came from iStripper, or Epoch
This is not an unusual behavior, i took advantage on similar offers from different Pornsites in the past,
where i got a second offer from another site.
This second site provided me with new Login Details within my Confirmation E-Mail,
beside of the Login Details from the Original Site, where i received the second offer.

But in a rare few cases i could use the same Login Information from the Original site,
where i received the second offer.

Unless you are not cancelling your Membership on > https://www.club21natural.com/
through > https://www.famesupport.com/ you will get credited every month on your Credit Card.

When I buy some credits, I use the software interface and I haven't the Club21Natural line in the payment page in any of the amount I want (25, 100, 250 or 500 credits). And I use Netbilling with my Visa card to buy.

And I use Netbilling with my Visa card to buy.
That's correct @stefnev1 the option is not visible with Netbilling, and if you go back to his comment,

Can't believe I fell for it..! Clearly, when I recently purchased $21.35 AUD worth of iStripper tokens, using PayPal for the transaction, I missed any ticked boxes accepting some third party offer of...
you can see he was using EPOCH as Payment Provider.
The original (legitimate) $21.35 AUD payment for the tokens I purchased from iStripper,
showed up in my bank statement three days later, as 'Epoch *TotemCash'
then three days later again, another charge,
this time for $42.66 AUD paid to 'Epoch *Gamma Epoch.com'.
Recognising the word Epoch, I wrongly assumed it was an incorrectly charged payment to iStripper
and decided I'd take it up with iStripper in due course...
Furthermore, please pay Attention on this Statement from him,
I didn't click on the link, nor the login, making a mental note to check it out at my leisure later
so i think this was the main issue here. By the way ... DeJaVu ... 😛 😎

Everything about iStripper / Club 21 Offer ?
I know there was a previous thread that discussed this but there was no real reslution there. Is the 100 credit offer with free 3 day membership to club 21 a Scam? it seems that way. On the billing pa...

Furthermore here is some "Investigation Stuff".

If i'm coosing Credit Card inside the Client in first place, NetBilling is already selected
independent from the Amount of Credits i am choosing.

But i selected the 100 Credit Option to show you.
After i changed to Epoch, the "3 days Free Club21 Membership" is getting visible.

If i am clicking on the "Proceed to Payment" Button my default Webbrowser is opening
and showing me the Window which i was showing on my Screenshots before.

Please reproduce what i have described to have a reference for yourself.
Or with another Words look twice, Click once 😎

A last thing : when you stay with NetBilling, you have the choice to proceed billing within the software interface or with your web browser.

NetBilling must be country specific. I am in the USA and not offered NetBilling. Only Epoch or SegPay
However , i use Epoch (carefully) and always the 500cr purchase

I thank you all for your input, I did pick up some very useful tips...

Firstly, on muttonjeff's first image, (along with Stanston's,) the add-on tag at the bottom of the 100 Credits box states: "Includes 3 days free to Club 21 natural" but I can't see anywhere where it states that 'there will be a monthly ongoing charge if you don't cancel within the 3 days free access...'

I accept that when the e-mails arrived, following my legitimate purchase of credits, I didn't look closely enough at the content of the second e-mail, where it spelled out that after 3 days there would be a recurring monthly charge as both of the e-mails from Epoch looked very similar, and when the last e-mail arrived from Club 21, I thought 'I don't want that, so I won't click on the link, nor use the username and password offered...' (which I still haven't...)

All of my previous purchases of credits from iStripper (and Virtuagirl before it,) were done through PayPal and I've never before had an issue with either. I'm extremely disappointed that iStripper should stoop to such underhanded marketing techniques as a shonky 'opt out within 3 days or get screwed for life' for something I didn't want and I certainly didn't order... I can see where Donald Trump got the idea on how to screw over his faithful contributors now...!

Once again, thanks for all your useful advise, as an aged pensioner working on a very tight budget, I will be following up with Totem/ Epoch/ Club 21/ PayPay and my bank with a view to a full refund of the $85.32 deducted thus far, an amount I can ill afford... Will let you know how I go...

IMO and as far as I remember, pre-ticking boxes for the customer to ***** him is a no-no in Europe (I guess that's why there isn't a box here to tick/untick), but this definitely looks shady and not something I'd expect from a company valuing it's customers.

@charioteer
1st, I'm sorry that you are having this experience.
As a Moderator, I wish there was something I could do to help, but we have no control over any of these issues.

I'm in the USA, so my Screens may or may not be different from yours.
I do all of my Credit Purchases with My Web Browser.

I only have the option for Two 3rd Party Billers,
Epoch ( the one I always use )
and SegPay.

Epoch is the only one that offers the Club21 bonus.
Once I Select Proceed to Payment, I Leave the iStripper Site, and am now on the Epoch site.
On this page, it is clearly shown that the $0.00 Add on 3 day club21 membership will rebill at 29.95 per month.
this box is checked by default.

There is also a 2nd check box that Must be Checked to Confirm that you WANT this add on.
It also states that it will rebill at 29.95

In between these two Check Boxes is the Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy.
While most users don't read the terms and Conditions.
I recommend that you ALWAYS read them for every on-line purchase.

Also, since this is an Add on for Club21
I would recommend, visiting their site and reading their Terms and Conditions.
https://www.club21natural.com/en/terms
especially the Cancelation information.

their refund Policy. ( have you used your username and password to logon?)
https://www.club21natural.com/en/refund

Epoch is the Biller, and that is the 1st place you should contact.
Billing support for Epoch
https://epoch.com/find_purchase

I've attached screen shots of what I see..

I hope there is something here that might help you.

Ok here is one more piece of information.
While the Epoch Pay screen Defaults to a Credit Card
where the Two Check Boxes are shown.
If you Click on PayPal,
the User information Form is Removed and Also the Check Boxes.
But the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy is still displayed.

This page for PayPal is Controlled by Epoch
and I think the Removal of the Check boxes when Selecting Paypal,
This is your Ace in the Whole !

if you Used PayPal
you may NOT have SEEN the Check Boxes before you selected PayPal
and then they were Removed from the Page.

Hi @charioteer

First of all many Thanks for your not Ranting Feedback 👍
Second, because of your Statement here,
but I can't see anywhere where it states that 'there will be a monthly ongoing charge
if you don't cancel within the 3 days free access...'
If you look back on my Screenshots from here,

i translated the Statement next to the Box for you.
Yes, EUR 0.00 for a 3 day membership to www.club21natural.com add recurring at EUR 26.81 every 1 month.
So the Info is visible for sure.

Because of your provided Screenshots, they are looking all similar to the E-Mails which i received
in the past after i took Advantage from the second, like you are calling it "shady offer" :)

It is understandable that people from the older Generation are not familiar with that "Tech Stuff",
no Question about that, but the Internet is an growing Medium which is evolving almost every Day.

And everything what you are Buying or Clicking (Checkboxes, Proceed to Payment Buttons ... etc.),
is in Fact a Contract between you and the Company as a Digital Autograph from you.

The only thing what you have to do is, and even as a non Tech Guy look twice before you are clicking
something, Check your E-Mails, Check your Spam Folder.

And even if something goes wrong you can always speak with your Bank, which you have done
already as far as i can see it.

But here is another Tip from me if you are unsure the next time when you want to Buy Credits,
just simply choose the 250 Credits Option, and you are good to go 👍
