Thanks Wylde but I had already done everything including that. What I hadn't done was reboot my Computer and that was it. My End! My Computer!! I know I should have already done that but thought I might mess it up worse. Wasn't sure. I know that I've always used that as a last resort but didn't this time. Things are just fine and your really kind to help in such a quick response. That's Cool! Thanks again!!

Okay, time to make some updates.
The following are seven screenshots from the website and software.
These pictures are included ONLY to show how different things look compared to when I first posted this topic.
The top screenshot is a page of a girl that is in my collection.
You can clearly see the girl's name and card name.
There is no small pic with a lock.
Purchase information is not here since I own the card.
The bottom screenshot is a page of a girl that is NOT in my collection.
You can clearly see the girl's name and some text asking if you want to buy the card. The card's name is not visible until the card is bought.
There is a small pic with a lock.
There is purchase information since I do not own the card.
NEW:
There is now a separate tab for the overview, which includes a small preview of the card's pictures, comments, and videos.
The overview now showns a short non-nude clip of the card.
This is a clip, not just a picture.
It is looped, so the clip will play over and over.
note: if you are viewing DeskBabes, you will see some nudity in the overview clip and in the lock image.

These two screenshots both show the 'desktop' settings tab in the software.
NEW:
'Girl's name' in the upper right corner.
Here one can choose to show the girl's name or not.
Also, one can choose how often and how long (duration) the name will show, as well as the size of the text (zoom).

This screenshot shows the 'advanced' settings tab in the software.
Click 'change skin' if you would like to see a different skin for the software.
This will bring up a small window showing the current skins in the skin folder on your computer.
NEW:
'Change the storage folder' is new. This allows one to put the models folder into a different folder.
note: the models folder is the one with the animation files.

Half the time when I sign in it shows me with zero cards. I have purchased 85 cards and cannot access them. I only get the same g-rated demo over and over.

as you are a new member to the forums. I'll answer your question.
But this type of question should be posted in the Bugs and Fixes thread.First, you are using an older version of the Software 1.1.0.58 ( not that old, but There is a Newer version you should Install.)
Think of the Software as TWO parts.
1) the GUI or Graphical User Interface. This is what you see on the screen.
2) the Downloader. It works in the background and talks to the server and the GUI
The GUI only displays what the Downloader tells it to display.
The Downloader must First Talk to the Server and Get your Collection list from the server.
Then the Downloader tells the GUI about your collection, and the GUI displays it.
If the Downloader can't talk to the server, then the GUI will not know what to display. and you become a New user with 0 cards. (your collection is still safe on your HDD, the GUI just doesn't see it )
I don't know what kind of Internet you have.
or if your collection is On the Local HDD or on a Remote HDD.
But if either the INternet is slow, or the HDD hasn't gotten up to speed by the time the GUI opens,
You can experience an Empty collection.
MOST of the time, you can go to advance settings and click on Sync with Server to fix it.
