Events is bugged for me as well. Can't claim the SEC even though I purchased the calendar and the 25th isn't over.

I just could come home at this 06:00 pm and I couldnt claim my 25th gift... I am rather dissapointed in this than being happy :(

The Events section is still showing an error on my end. I purchased the 2025 Advent Caldender earlier this month. I logged in today to get the special event card and it's saying that the event isn't available anymore. I checked the store and it's saying that I need a joker card to get it. Someone needs to fix this so I can get what I paid for.

I am sorta kicking myself because I been here long enough to have seen similar problems other yeaes where the advent calendar expired too soon. This was ***** in that the events page was not found. Hopefully they will make good an issue jokers to anyone who used a joker to buy what they should have gotten from the advent calendar purchase. Anyway, what can you do. What is done is done. Wait for tomorrow to hear a resolution.

We are expected to be up at what time on the 25th? No way it works like that. The advent calendar ends on the 26th. It's a bug of some sort. They have been notified.

The Calendar disappeared because the event ended. You had to click on Day 25 of the Advent Calendar before the time when the events change and new cards appear. It's not a bug, you just missed an opportunity.

I sent feedback. I help how much I can, but not in Beta/Experimental version.

I think it's because this is still described as 'Experimental feature' and it has to used in Beta/Experimental version to watch.
I guess that when it will be available in stable version you will be able to download it like video clips.
But you can send them some feedback now about this, there's a option for that.

And I like the new feature with shortcut to different outfits in video 👍

I had version 1.9 until Halloween 2025 because I didn't like the new version, but in the meantime they kept improving it.
With the new version you have a lot of new options and it's more stable. I'm not going back to v1.9. even if they pay me.

Advent Calendar 2025 had the Day 25 inside to click on it.
After clicking on it, you should have gotten SEC Reina Ohara - Never Ending Xmas. You don't get SEC outside of the Advent Calendar, because it's under the box on Day 25. I got it 8 hours ago.

See if you can download SEC from the Store or wait for it to be fixed!

Why can't they be downloaded for Collection on personal hdd? What's the catch?

The Interface is showing 20% off all 2025 cards, but I cannot make a purchase. I bought premium membership and planned to spend a lot of credits. Guessing this is a bug and was meant to start at the beginning of the year??

The 24 cards are the new cards coming out. You are paying for the 24 cards that come out in advent of 2025.

1.You get the advent cards a day earlier than usual.
2. You get an SEC as well (SEC usually are won in games and "cost" about 500 to 1000 credits)


You do not choose the cards. games like the progressive redraw allow some "choosing" but not exactly. Go to the progressive redraw and you can see how it works to "choose" the cards you want.

I purchased the Advent Calendar but the event stopped today and I haven't the joker card from Reina Ohara in my collection.

I scratched and received the first 3 ex cards with the 2500+ credits I had left over from the acquiring the black friday ex card.

The Sally Hunter ex card must be the impossible one to scratch and win. I bought the 1100 credits 5 times and still couldn't win it. I'm giving up on that one. At least I got 5 Joker cards so I won't have to participate in SEC card events for a while.

Pretty much every preview has to be redownloaded. There is no preview that I have pulled from the site that has stayed, and didn't have to be redl'd.
Nici, Paula, Lorena, Agrus, Anie, and a couple others I have pointedly and directly added the previews of all of them, none of them stay accessible on the rig overtime. I am easily near ten times of getting every preview again of the same core group that I am here for.
