When I download the software to my laptop it gives me an error code: (open/create E:Program Filesvghddxmodules.dll Error Code:3)

This error is 3 the specified access path is untraceable. is possible one connection usb.
remove all usb card, desinstall the program with the uninstall program. and tri install again. for the fist install use the delfaut location and after when all is done tri to move on external drive if you use it.
