Do i get invoice charges from using one of vghd's online billing processing unit referring to webilling.com in particular

I am not really understanding what you are meaning by 'invoice charges' but the biller I use (Epoch) when I use a debit or credit card they always put the transaction and amount up on a page that I just hit 'print screen' on and save it plus they send the actual transaction invoice through email.
Not sure if this is what you want but this is the way I took it.

well i used the webbilling guys and i faltered because i forgot that the bank account i used had no money in it at them time,
so i was charged by my bank which i paid back and the cards i bought were taken from me refunded back to the site or sumthing on the 3th june so i didn't have to pay anymore but i hadn't check the site or used the software during these times to know that the cards were gone.
so i recieved a letter through the post of invoices of my purchase on the 8th june still stating that i had to pay or imma have to go to court so i paid not knowing that they allready used the cards to basically pay so now i asked them if i can have my money back or my cards and they telling me i gotta buy them agen so i'm trying to get in touch with my solicitor.
Because they have my money that i was ment to pay but cuz i didn't they took the product and still set me the bill and when i did pay they won't gimme back either so wtf
