IMO there isn't a booster for Explicit-Insertion Babes because:
1. There aren't that many right now.
2. It doesn't make sense, business wise, to give it all away at once. Some guys would just Jam for the Clam Ram and then go.
3. Totem has said it before, They're into a wider range of celebrating beautiful women then just WHAM BAM THANK YOU...ZZzzzzzz...
4. Sexual viewing is more or less an addiction. It's never enough. So they want to manage it, have it be more inclusive of many levels...develop appreciation for the tease-the "I wanna"...develop your imagination!

It doesn't make sense for Totem to Explicitly say which cards have Explicit finger play or folks would just go for those cards alone. The whole thing is set up for a surprise with the "girl a day" merry go round!
