Create a New Discord member just for iStripper and Adult Servers
I did not do this, so my Discord member has all my gaming and Adult stuff Mixed together.

If you are new to Discord just for iStripper
but later want to Explore all the Other Discord Forums ( Servers )
Then again, I would give advice to make a new Discord member for these Other Interest
to keep them Separate.

I Have some Friends that would not accept me, if they New I was a Moderator for a Porn Site.
And with Discord, Luckily, I can prevent them from Seeing all the Forums I am a member of.
So they Can't spy on me to learn that I am a member of the iStripper or other adult Forums on Discord.

@Wyldanimal I'm new to Discord. How is it even possible to "spy" friends which servers they joined? I can't find anything in someone's user profile. 😳

So... why an extra discord account?¿

BOTs can SEE all the servers you are a member of.
And while a regular user might not be able to see all of your servers
I'm sure there are plenty of Discord hacks out there
that can probably access that information.

So by having a separate Family and Friends only account
there are no worries...

@Corax77 - I wonder if that is thanks to the European Data Protection laws. @Wyldanimal would not be getting the benefit of them.

I was wondering which is the least data suck method to Discord, through a browser or the app? There are sites I don't go to because of constant video adverts etc. 😕

The Discord App itself, or within the Interface i should say, there is no Advertisement
except for the Advertisement published by the Team according to iStripper or VR-Paradise.

Beside of that you can Click on the Cogwheel down left beside your Username and select,

Privacy & Security

on the left side and choose the Settings of your choice.
If you are done, just simply press the Escape-Key to close this Window again 😎

I am unlikely to use it, I simply do not like such platforms.

If I did use it one of the things I would worry about is it being bought out by Alphabet (Google), Facebook or the like and then having to use them to log into it.

The Future is not written yet @Socialhazard but i also think it would be easier for the

Last hour or so the number of new joiners in the welcome channel has gone crazy! I guess there was some announcement somewhere to cause that? Keep the team busy I guess with all their questions.

While the present forum is a place that seems to me more exclusive to iStripper customers, Discord seems like an open door where a lot of curious people meet.

Discord seems to me to be more impersonal, where you feel less at home.

It feels like there are a lot of strangers in our living room.

It's probably more advantageous for Totem to make itself known and to attract new customers?

I have been trying to access Discord several times now, and each time I get an uncomfortable feeling.
I don't like how the site is designed, I find it ***** and distracting, and the topics are listed in an unclear way.
It is also not easy to open a new topic and read related messages.
I don't like it and I think I won't access it anymore.
I just hope Totem keeps this forum which, at least for me, is of a much more familiar and direct dimension.

Yes the current forum in my opinion, should be kept for discussions.

I have nothing against Discord, as far as images and creations are concerned. Wasn't the goal in the fats, to have Discord for the images?

I have the impression, but I could be wrong, that Totem had the idea already, long before the Mastercard thing, to transfer to this platform.

Yes that would be great. There is much information here that might otherwise be lost.

To be honest I find Discord very impersonal and somewhat unintuative to use.

I have posted a fair bit of stuff on there but I am not convinced that I am going to continue in the long term.

As a simple example the lack of basic information on members is unhelpful. I don't know if I am replying to a native Englsh speaker or someone where English is a second language.

For a native English speaker certain phrases and expressions would be understood. For non-native English speakers I would possibly re-phrase things.

Similarly there are no details of what cards members have in their collections so when replying to queries about show contents/girls you have no idea if they already have the cards you may suggest.

I just have the feeling that the whole thing is an ill thought mess.

Discord was a reaction to the OnlyFans/Mastercard debacle and I don't think that it was thought out in advance, Since the problem has disappeared, the Discord service needs a USP. I get the impression that much effort is going into making the mechanics work, but hopefully they'll find some unique uses for it. Meantime I agree with you guys who find it impersonal and lacking value - I check it regularly but there aren't any posts that I feel I want to respond to. The bots are awful.

The iStripper Discord server was started long before the "OnlyFans/Mastercard debacle" - from memory it started at the same time as the mobile iStripper service. I believe that Totem have long intended to extend its use, should the initial introduction show that it worked well for them (not necessarily the same as working well for us) rather than fix the problems with these forums. In this respect the presence of a large number of non-iStripper members would seem to be an advantage when looked at from Totem's viewpoint.

The intervention of Mastercard may have advanced and extended their plans, but I very much suspect that is all that they did.
