Windows Version use an Even number, and the Mac version uses an Odd Number, usually 1 higher then the Windows version.

for Beta releases
the direct path to a down load is usually this format.
just replace the version number

Edit:
the Windows version is Often released 1st.
If the Version you attempt to download doesn't exist. it will usually default to the Current release verions.

So always double check that what you downloaded is in Fact the version you wanted, and not the default, Last released version.
