The software doesn't allow this actually.
Yes it does, at least in the GUI (I suppose the the web page works the same way). With only "Skirts" and "Big Boobs" ticked the software displays those cards that simultaneously meet the two two criteria, i.e "Skirts" and "Big Boobs". The trouble is a lot of us want the option to display "Skirts" or "Big Boobs" (and more complex combinations) but the "and" combination works as it should.
