At Re-registration, got failure

Since software requires Re-registration, I input my exist accountID and password,
but just kept loading and couldn't go next step.
I had tried uninstall, download latest version and reinstall, but still it continued to ask.

No way, I choose "I don't have account" then I could get new registered account, however,
I cannot logout it on software (not website) to switch back my original account.

Does anyone know how to quit unnecessary account on software?
And I want to know how to switch back to my exist account since I bought many cards before.

I use MacOSX Yosemite 10,10.1

I've got the exact same problem, any help would be great!

there is what I see, I don't find any "log off" button.

Well, with Mac users, we have to reset your active install and that requires a re-registration.

@Yossy41,
You have one active install. Verify you're still having issues and this is indeed the account you want the reset for and we'll be happy to assist.


@moipaslui,
You have two active installs. I'll need to reset both of them.

A couple easy ways to logout are in the left top corner of the web site. In the "My Account" box and there at the very top. (Pic provided)

Thank you for your advice, however, I could not solve the problem with it.
But finally, I found way.

If you are still stuck in the issue, this good news would make you happy.

I found the solution from help in the application, "Customer service" -> "Register" -> "I want to register with another or existing username - what do I do?".

If you do not understand the way yet, I explain below for your reference to process easier.

1) Run VirtuaGirl or Deskbabes
2) Go setting -> "Advanced"
3) There is a form of "Downloads" then you can find a button "Synchronize with server" which has green arrow circle icon.
4) Right click (depending on your Mac system setting) to appear 2 menu, "Rebuild all" and "Register again".
5) Chose "Register again" and login with your exist account.

I could solve my issue by this way. Hope you can solve it too and enjoy.
