Hello there. I have VG installed on my laptop running Windows 7, and I was able to successfully install the playlist manager to play full shows. I love it.
I am trying to do the same on my new Windows 8 desktop, and have gotten nowhere! I've searched the forums, I have tried the Wyldanimal downlownd and also the other playlist manager, no luck.
Has anything been developed yet for Windows 8? Is Totem ever going to offer this option on their own? It would make things a lot more user friendly!
If there is a way to do this with Windows 8, could somebody please post STEP BY STEP instructions for people who are stupid with computers? Thanks.

If the VG program itself is compatible with Win8, so should be the PL Manager.
Folks using it tell that it works, and with no major problem.
Perhaps you should ask from Wyld or Starryk directly, what might be the reason ...
I've heard that Win8 is kinda buggy, 8.1 works much better.
Have you got any error messages, trying to install the PL Manager, or they do install correctly, but just doesn't work?
Edit: Wyld has been told that the download and installation of his Free AddOn on Win8 can be problematic, due to the new Windows Defender's tighter security controls.

@RiderCoach84: the PlaylistManager supports Windows 8 as i am using it on Windows 8 myself.
Did you install the JRE (Java Runtime Environment) first?
And Wyldanimals The Player works on my machine (Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit) too.
For the playlist manager you can contact me by PM.
You were very unclear so far what problems occured when you tried to get the two players running.
Thus i can only tell you that both programs can work on Windows 8.
The further support for the PlaylistManager via PM please!
