It sounds like this person wants to break down the filter into countries instead of by continents. The filter currently allows you to specify for example "Asian", "Black", "European", "Latina", and "Middle East". However what this person doesn't seem to realize is that these aren't exactly continents. They are races (or maybe world regions) more than anything. I would agree that this filter is a bit of a mixture of types and somewhat vague. But even so, it would be impossible to filter by country since there are so many and in my opinion wouldn't mean much.
