hello, I'm new to this, I download everything just fine, but I sit and wait and look at the screen and nothing comes up, no girls dacing or anything. what is wrong?

What did you download? You have no cards in your collection.
If you have enabled the download of the free trailers, then make sure that the non-nude animations are enabled, and make sure that the cards themselves are enabled. And make sure that the V icon on the task bar is red.

The Desktop tab has four levels of nudity. Check the non-nude one. The My Collection tab has three lists. Click the not in my collection. Check any or all cards there.

Let's be specific here.Go to your "V" icon on tray,.Left click it to activate it. Right click it, choose "options", click that.Make sure you are on "desktop" (at top left)or click on that. On desktop screen in lower right check all boxes from "No nudity" to "very explicit shows" keep all checked to start until you become more familiar with them. You need to have "no nudity shows" checked in order to see your free trailers. When you have cards sometimes nothing will play if the card has no explicit content and you ONLY have "explicit " checked off. Also make sure on the "my collection" screen all girls are checked that you want to see.(start with "check/uncheck" clicked to see checks appear in boxes). This is what jonc has said only more specific. Have fun...the girls are hot...& they're in there! Just click the right boxes!Keep all preferences checked until you are comfortable with choices and have a few cards of different explicit levels to see effects.Explicit=Natali,Mia,Marie,etc.

I'm having same trouble. Downloaded software, bought tickets, and purchased four models. it says they downloaded to me, they show up in my sytem, but when i right clivk "v" there is nothing in "my collection" or "calender". I sent mail about this last night, but no response yet.

I talked to livechat yesterday and they said this was a software bug. I have learned from various places this has happened a lot. Kinda making me feel like i waisted some money(buying tickets.

If anyone knows what the real problem is, I would love to know!
