The simple answer is yes.
Use the name and password for the account from ten years ago and you will see the account. The problem is that you have to remember the account details. ( I forgot my account details and lost a few cards from the wayback time.)
The other point to remember is that sometimes, a model requests her cards to be removed. If you "have" a card and can't access it for this reason, then contact support and they can work with you.
