Your public (visible) profile says you have 291 cards.
Maybe you hid the card using the filters.
Maybe you hid the card using the eye icon.
Simply, remove all filters (and make sure that the search box is empty).
Also, visit the 'hidden cards' in the view within the collection.
If there is a card there, simply click the eye icon again, to make it fully visible.

You can try this.......
In the app, next to the search box at the top right of the app, click on the 3 lines. Then select view, then select "hidden cards", you can see if your missing card is there. If it is, click on the eye on the card & it will be returned to My Collection.
