Please check out the two screenshots.

Recent downloads show demo clips and sc1 or sc2. Older downloads do not show demo clips (I did not manually download the demo clips) and sc1 and sc2 are absent. There is an obvious change.

Query: Should I rename a card folder, then delete that card via the program, then rename the card folder back to the original name, then download the card via the program? (doing this for each card, or even renaming the entire models folder)
If I do this will it add new files while replacing old ones?
If this is true, will this take very long at maybe 90 kilobytes a second?
If this is NOT true, will it add new files and keep the old ones too?
If this is true, will the card play properly but have twice as many files?
If this is NOT true, will the card get stuck and jam, or maybe become corrupted?
Will I get the demo files for cards that do not have them currently?

Please explain in detail the difference between downloading cards via version 1.0.6.99 or later compared to older versions where demos were downloaded separately.

Note: this is about deskbabes cards and virtuagirl cards, totally 493 cards.
