It shows that I only have a demo on the virtuagirl interface but on the website it says I have the full version. I read through some of the stickied thread but didn't see anything like this. how to do i get my vg interface to be updated with the site? any help is appreciated, thanks!

First of all, welcome to the community! It's a friendly bunch around here. And also (I'm not affiliated with Totem at all), thanks for investing in the software. It's way cool and I'm glad you're on board with shows, despite you're having an initial problem.

One of the mods will probably hop on here within 24 hours and give you some wise advice, or escalate your situation to the Totem team itself, but possibly consider the following in the meantime:

If you have purchased the card, then yes, it should no longer show up as a demo.

In your settings tab, where you see all of the "downloads" and other advanced options, there should be a little icon that looks like a plus symbol and a statement to "sync to server" or also "check for updates." Try that first.

Sorry if my terminology is off, I'm using the beta and forget the exact words used in the advanced settings tab

More often than not, if you try those options, they should get you all fixed up. Syncing to server will identify the cards you bought and change those demos to full shows.

It's a rare issue, but it happens.

Hopefully a mod can key in soon here and get you squared-away. But, if I was able to help, more the better. :-)

Enjoy the girls... they are truly beautiful... when you get that issue resolved. ;-)

Underneath Downloads this is what I see:

Downloads
[x]Automatically download trailers
[x]Automatically download full shows
[x]Allow downloading after program quits

[Connected]

This is of course the best representation I can give with text but the texts are the same and the [x] are checks on the interface.

This sounds like your install has either not registered correctly with Totem or some other problem.

What version of the software are you running? Also if you know how to take a screen shot and post it, that would be useful too.

Next time though, please post problems in the Bugs & Fixes category, where people expect to see posts about problems.

version : 1.00.06.01

It says my version is out of date but when I click the update button nothing happens.
