I had an account with over 100 shows but a few days ago I had to wipe my computer and now I don't know my old account info and don't know how to recover that info. I know the email I used back when I registered but don't know how to get to support so I can use that email to recover my log in details.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have tried the support link at the bottom of the page but it gives an error message.. something about my email service not being functional.

When you Say Wipe your computer, did you completely format and re-install the OS.
Is there any chance that the Old registry still exists?
If the settings in the totem registry exist I can give you instructions to recover your old info.

How long does it take for support to respond? It was a complete reformat and reinstall of everything.
