the download of a video I purchased has ended with an "error" message. So I didn't get the video. Would like to get the video or my crédit back, but joining the support service (or customers service) seems to be impossible. How to join them (I' m not really happy to pay for something I didn' t get). any ideas? Thanks.

@groc57, if you are talking about one of the cards that shows in you collection is showing error after download you can left click on symbol for that card which brings up an option to delete models animation files. Click on this and click ok. Once deleted you can redownload at no extra charge. There have been issues with servers where some downloads have not completed properly. If this does not succeed paste this link into your browser, it is not the answer you need but fill in the box with your problem and customer services should respond.
