I have tried to relaunch istripper, hell even login again, i see blank pages and my collection is empty :(

Confirmed that my credits have been received back and show purchased again. It is now showing in "My Collection".

I purchased Kirke glistening pink this morning and have not received the card. i was charged the credits however my transaction history does not reflect any of these activities. i have tried restarting the program but did not see any changes. please assist me EDIT : i see that my credits have been refunded. thank you is the card purchasable as per normal at this time?

today at 12:19 I bought 500 Tickets and I got an conformation that the billing is done but the 500 Tickets are not shown in my account. I also wrote an Email to the support team with the billing details but until now no answer.

I had 13.10 balance then I purchased the newly launched Kirkie's card, as a premium user it charged me 12 credits, that was deducted, but card not added, now balance shows 1.10, moreover deduction is not showing up in the Account purchase history section as well :(

Never faced such issue earlier.
I restrarted the app, multiple times, even logged in from browser as well to be sure, no luck.

I purchased Kirke's card (twice) but it hasn't shown up in my collection.. I have synched with the server several times and restarted the app twice (last time about 5 minutes ago).

This shows that the Notification area on Windows 11 shows I purchased the card but there is nothing showing in My Account.

Hi, I had the same issue I made duplicate purchases for a new kirke card, but the card doesn't appear in my collection and just the 30 points disappeared. The deleted points don't seem to have been recovered yet. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there, I've had this problem too - tried to buy the new Kirke card this morning - the credits have been deducted from my account twice, but the card hasn't appeared in My Collection. Tried closing, turning off pc, reloading etc. Anything you can do will be appreciated - thankyou!

Firstly, I paid 200 credits for Juicy pink game, but the server was disconnectted. There was a circle on the Juicy pink button, the important thing is that I paid 200 credits for nothing.
Secondly, I bought the card Nikki Hill's 0976,the credit has been paid,but the card isn't available in my collection.

I have had a quick look and cannot see any issues in the pages that I visited, except in one page on the "Nude Girls " topic by JonC.

I had a quick look and the avatar mention is not visible nor is there any message that it has been removed.

)I don't want to say more than this at this time (assuming tht there is anything amiss at all)

REPORT 1 : card purchased, credits removed (sometimes in duplicate) but card not in collection --> Well noted.
The team is working on refunding you.
