I like the VR shows for Istripper but I'm more curious about the traditional desktop shows being VR.

That would be cool. It seems like desktop shows would need to be recorded in a format with depth data to get a good 3D result.

Also, since the AVP is technically augmented reality, I wonder if it would be possible to have the models appear as if they were actually in your environment?

Yeah, I bet that's possible, although, again, I'm thinking it would be like a 2D video in your environment.

Keep in mind that the PC iStripper app is 2D and viewing it through a VR headset is still 2D.
The VR headset isn't converting 2D to 3D.
The VR180 videos are a 3D format and that's where a VR headset comes into play, to see the depth.

I've no idea what they were saying, so also get how you feel at times with translations.

Another method: Use the „immersed“ app (free) in Pico store and connect it to your desktop. For viewing purposes I find it much better than Virtual desktop, as it lets you also use passthrough, which effectively projects a big screen in your living room with the girls dancing on it.

I'm still puzzled about all this chat, not just about Dianna, but removed cards generally.
Would most of us really notice if half/three quarters even of the models and shows we have were deleted. I don't mean all at once obviously, but just so many shows over the years, would we even notice if most were just quietly removed.

Only a handful of models would I really notice disappearing. Might just be me I don't know.
I've already deleted hundreds of shows I bought or "won" and no longer want.
It's really quite easy when you think about it.

Yeah, Apple Vision Pro is $3,499 USD. Not really a viable option for the typical consumer.

And, yes, big screen iStripper through a VR headset is very nice (it's not VR though) 🙂

If you can successfully run the Virtual Desktop software on Pico 4, you can control and see your PC desktop through the Pico 4.

Simply run the iStripper app using Pico 4 controllers - select iStripper app with point and controller single trigger and double-trigger to execute .

The Virtual Desktop environment can be customized to your liking.

For iStripper, I like to use the void black background and then use the controls that become visible when pointing above the screen to max the screen size, curve the window (instead of flat), and move the screen to a comfortable position.

For VR180 videos, use Virtual Desktop's built-in video player (Videos tab) - this gives you the native resolution of videos regardless of your display resolution. Virtual Desktop uses the same Videos folder as the PC, but this can be changed in the Virtual Desktop Streamer app.

This is all alot of management on my part, because it is difficult to keep up with what is happening. What would really nice is if my collection tab could have 'all' 'special event' 'historic' sections, where the historic section only show if you own removed cards; and shows all removed and pending removal cards..

I agree that it would be good if there was an obvious and easy way of displaying just the removed cards, however it is currently quite easy to see which they are either by using the Release date filter or by using the Release Date viewing order (see my earlier post in this thread).

Actually I would prefer Normal, Special Event and Withdrawn filters grouped with the other filters rather than the separate tabs we currently have (and which you are proposing be expanded). I'd rather have one filtering mechanism rather than two.

The only problem there is that may not be any warning that a card is going to be removed. This was discussed in a different thread earlier this year (I think it was this year). The reason for this being that a girl may not want to draw attention to the material as this would increase her exposure while she is trying toreduce it.

It seems to me that there are very few truely deleted cards out there.

Honestly at the moment, I am unclear if Dianna is truely deleted.

For the majority of removed cards, they are only removed from the store. Existing owners can still download the shows although they may want to backup the card image.

For a very limited few it is no longer possible to download the show.

At present I find it necessary to backup over 4TB of collection, just in case a show is added to the truely deleted set. Having had a backup failure in the past, I also watch for all removed cards and have a second backup of cards, photosets and shows on a memory stick.

This is all alot of management on my part, because it is difficult to keep up with what is happening. This would make it much easier to catch the removals before they happen and allow updating of both backups.

Some people have been doing this for quite some time using much cheaper VR kit.

And some have been using video projectors for a similar movie theatre like experence for even longer.

I'm curious how Istripper will operate on it, and if it would be possible to fuse the desktop shows with VR to make the desktop shows really pop, excited to see how the new innovations turn out!

Especially making the screen as big as a movie theatre, and changing the environment around you... this could be some futuristic ***** lol

The Transactions are anonymous as to WHO they belong too.
Only the Address of the Wallet is attached to the Transaction, not the Owner's info.

So I have no way of knowing who belongs to which address.
and I don't really want to know that.

There are a few days to go.
I hope the Ticket holders will Transfer them so I don't have to choose an Alternative Option.

This raffle of yours is the reason why I posted in discord a couple of days ago that I am no longer going to purchase istripper credits and will purchase no new istripper shows when my credit balance reaches nil.
I am fed up with istripper team members pinging me on discord about nft`s that I cannot purchase and cryto currencies that would cause my bank to block my credit card if I attempted to purchase them.

I merely wish to get back to the situation where I can view istripper forums without having shows that I cannot purchase and crypto currencied that I am not interested in rammed down my throat

I'm short on my funding to cover the cost of the card.
I wanted to buy the card for at least 20 Matic
But with the missing tickets, I'm short of that Goal.

So I have a couple options.
1) Refund the Matic to all of the Members who Transferred their Ticket back, and cancel the Raffle.

2) Fill the Missing Slots, with Tickets I purchase on my Own.
This would mean that I would have a chance to Win the card.

3) Run the Raffle at the end of 14 days, with the short number of Participants.
Purchase the card for the Amount of Matic for the Transferred Tickets.
resulting in LESS money going back to iStripper for the Model.

I already got refunded for those cards. Their files just are in the same backup drive where my other shows are, too. I know I can't play the shows so of course I might just as well delete them.

If you are unable to play the cards, you can ask for a refund.
Go to customer service, and request that these cards be removed. Specify the model's name or the card numbers (with letter).

Curious sidenote in this is that at least some of the early removed cards could be won in one of the promo games as late as January 2019. I won two Alizee's cards then. I was able to download them and play them without any problems, but next day the cards were removed from my collection and credits returned. It was said that those cards got among prizes due to a bug.

It just shows that at least some of the withdrawn cards were not completely removed from servers up until then (I can't imagine a bug that brings back completely removed files back to servers). Perhaps there was a bug that had somehow prevented the deletion.

Probably some of the models initially made different types of agreements with Totem regarding how to handle the files in servers. I think Alizee's cards are now also completely removed.

I still have those cards backed up, but of course I can't play them - which is fine 😄

How many times do I have to repeat this - it is entirely up to the girl involved as to whether she allows it or not. If she insists then Totem are required by law to remove them from the servers.

A weird question: owning such removed cards are more special than owning SEC or NFT ? After all it does the card no longer buyable and on top of it not even downloadable again. Maybe such action as removing a card from the collection should just block the future possibility to buy her cards, but not downloading them again, when you already bought it earlier.

My understanding is that the old Totem Entertainment was split into two parts. One, TotemCore, is registered in Ireland while the other is registered in France. It is the French entity that is responsible for the production and general running of iStripper.

No, I refunded 5 cards. 3 times Alizee and 2 cards of Dianna. All 5 cards have been removed from my collection. But I am satisfied with the credits I got so I am fine.

The reason why you can't re-download cards for some of the girls is because those girls, not Totem, can insist that the material is removed from Totem's servers and, under French law, they have the legal right to do so.

So you are right that iStripper cards and Steam games cannot be compared easily - in this rather important detail the situations are very different. Steam may have no right to sell, but Totem have no right even to host the material unless the girls continue to allow it.

I think you are only imagining this, it cannot be generalized like that, for example Dianna looks very comfortable in all of her cards.

I know it cannot be compared so easily, it's not the same business, but for example on Steam you can always redownload any removed game you have previously purchased, even though Steam has no rights to sell the game anymore.
