The road from 1 card to 600 is a long one but fun.
Most prefer to pick and choose cards but if you are like me you want them all.

If you started today with no cards and purchased a monthly membership plan it would take you 134 weeks (just over 33 months and just under 3 years) to get them all and then you only need to purchase the 3 new cards each friday when they pop up on the 1 ticket special. Why 134 weeks? Because you get 30 cards per month on membership BUT 12 new cards come out each week. This means you only net +18 cards towards having them all each month. The total cards you need increases by 3 each week.

Obviously it was easier when their were less than 200 cards and it will be much harder for members next year at this time when there are around 744 cards, which would take them 165+ weeks to complete. In 3 years there will be over 1000 cards available. To get all cards immediately you would drop almost 2000 usd (some at 1 ticket).
Full collections will be super rare.

Why will full collections be super rare?
Because a full collection only lasts 7 days. After that you buy the 3 new cards or you don't have a full collection. There are always new cards to get each week.
A full collection today may not be full next year.

In the old days (up til last week) you could get a full collection of 600 cards IMMEDIATELY for $585 dollars. Buy 570 tickets at 50 for $50. Buy a monthly membership, buy all cards on your calendar for 1 ticket-- new cards replace the ones you buy so you end up cycling thru all the cards available from your calandar at 1 ticket each.
Now it would cost you $1199 dollars to get 600 cards IMMEDIATLEY. Buy 1200 tickets, buy the girl on special for 1 ticket, and buy the other 599 at 2 tickets each. Members used to have a calandar of 1 ticket choices and now they have 1.

What if virtuagirl offered a full collection purchase price. Get all available girls up to that month for one price (price changes each month).

Very interesting... but how many people would really throw down that kind of money at one time to get all the girls?

I wouldn't at one time, but I have been known to drop 100$ in the past. Just like at a strip club... the money goes fast. At least the entertainment is yours to keep. I'm still slacking on finishing off the whole collection.

Yeah, that seems to me to be the upper limit of what most members would put on their credit card in one day. Incidentally, I wonder if some of the biggest complainers here have ever been to a real strip club. Try ordering a glass of water at a strip club while asking for a free 2-minute lap dance from all the girls so you can pick the one you "really like" and see what happens. Oh, and the lap dance has got to be a half price special. While that's an excellent recipe for getting thrown out on your ass, its also what many seem to expect from Totem.

I would bet that from the time virtuagirl had 100 cards available til now, that at least 1 person dropped the cash to get all the cards at once and then continued with a monthly plan.

last year if you had all the girls and purchased a 6 month plan you would basically pay $10 per month for the 12 new girls plus get 18 tickets for duplicates on calandar plus credit for no cards available.

• After 6 months (and $60 dollars) you would have all 72 new cards, and 108 tickets. You could drop your memmbership and buy the calandar cards for 1 ticket each. You would have 27 weeks worth of tickets before you would have to buy another membership and repeat.

Ohhh and they say you lose smarts if you wank too much! Look at all that boffin-ism up above!
I do enjoy the thoughtful (and now statistical) jaunts you take us on slayyer (& others too).
Collecting them all at once would surely be effective consumption but it takes away the fun aspect of "maybe ...maybe" and that of the website jollys too.
Still, Totem might want to consider creating a "uber platinum,lookee, lookee, wanky-wankers penthouse, level of membership" with that one time purchase amount(changing as needed) in case Trump can't hook up for a night,Speilberg needs inspiration, or Jobs needs diverting.
I'm serious. They should put it up in a special page, not expecting it to go but if/when it does-Bingo! Money in the bank!

Right now I am at 493 cards and 47 tickets. It was a lot easier to load up on girls when it was about 1 ticket per girl. $120 for 365 days worth of girls plus $150 for 150 girls takes you to 515 girls. Now with the release of only 3 girls per week and the elimination of the calendar system which gives you one ticket, it costs a lot more. Basically I have to wait for 60 weeks before it makes sense for me get the six month subscription.

With due respect to all collectors...but the way to more happy would seem to be ....BACK OFF ON THE WANNA WANNA...'N'... UP THE WHOOPDIE DOO!..I think.

I'm still my way... longer, but misterious way... a girl for next day... and so on.

Anyone active in here have a small stable, granted I just fairly recently jumped onto the band-wagon and grabbed 14 of them, gonna grab a few more soon. Really just waiting to see what the new upcoming dancers look like.

Who out there has the smallest stable with less than a handful of girls. Any member actually just have 1 or 2 girls only?

There always has to be one trouble maker. So phrased as a question, partly because I am not sure of the facts and partly to make it less offensive.

Surely the cheapest way to the whole collection immediately, always has been, and still is, to buy the booster packs? 10 for $9.95, saves 50 cents on a 100. :-)

I know they rebuild, just not sure how quickly.

So if you get all the blonds, brunettes first then bikini, stockings and big boobs would most likely include most of the few you missed. Sure there are going to be a few that don't fit any pack, there are going to be a few left at the end (the packs are not available if you only have 9 remaining in that catagory).

The DUOs are a bit more expensive, or less cards.

Good luck working that one out precisely. Maybe 550 for $547.25 plus $100 for the last 50?

You might need several credit cards. 55 $9.95 transactions is going to set alarm bells ringing!
