I guess i need to contact support but before i do does anyone know why this is? The card has been dl'd but won't appear in my collection. The card is Jenny Greg/Pure Bliss. Any help appreciated. Cheers.

just to make sure: on the my collection tab in the software you can filter which cards are displayed. At the top of that tab there are 3 drop down menus. Make sure that the middle one is set to all cards.

It turns out i didn't have the latest version installed. Alls working now. Cheers!
