I did just send 2 sms to buy the Golden Heart - Alexandra card but they doesn't answering!
My provider work probably because i always check that before sending sms...
So i guess the TotemTeam do have a problem with the 123ticketService?

Because I have problem with SMS payment, too. I bought two models but I have not SMS with code till now. I contacted "Customer Service" several times but they waited about 23 hours than came the first reply. They wrote that add both models in yesterday, but add one in fact!
I tried to contact them again but nothing, no response...

i did just wait a little while and now it works all well, the show is downloading right now.
Perhaps too much members would buy the card at he same time, i guess?

Do u have to go thru them to get the service? I mean the software too! How can I get the software on my phone?
