It seems like XXX cards started being focused on heavily during the pandemic.
If you don't like XXX content, you are free to leave.
As is anyone who doesn't like an increased amount of striptease content.
at least 2 normal cards from each girl per shoot (that is only 2 out of 5 or 6) we could all be happy.I like XXX content, but I also totally agree with @Bitwrangler on this.
In point of fact, those that like the non-XXX iStripper content have NOWHERE ELSE TO GO. Because it's unique to iStripper.
It was invented by Totem and they're the only ones that do it. And they do it very well.
And I do not think that more diverse content in the XXX cards is an adequate answer to this. The XXX clips generally take half the run time, so much of the normal content has to be sacrificed. You can't really do anything about that.
I know others have talked and ***** about the ridiculous amount of XXX shows, but I would like to know how this happened. After seeing these ads for years, I finally bit and tried the app out because the ad was for a Sabrisse show, and I recognized and liked the model. This was right in the beginning of the crystal clear and animation phase and I was pleasantly surpised by how great this app is. I have since then bought every single non-XXX crystal clear show and it still feels worth it to me. I bought a bunch of XXX cards in the beginning, too, but I stopped buying them altogether because they were all disappointments to me. 2 or 3 years ago, I started to see them pushing the XXX cards more. Almost all of the home page advertised cosplay shows were XXX and it was getting close to 50/50 XXX and non-XXX cards (which was still way too many XXX cards in my opinion). It is now 90% XXX and I wouldn't be surprised if they cut non-XXX altogether. This program has been around for a long time and the XXX cards have always been there. Why are they all of a sudden selling so well now? I know there are obvious reasons such as a push from Totem ***** them into the cosplay cards (cosplay and XXX is a bad mix, too) and advertising them on the home page more, but what changed?I've seen people argue that both XXX and non-XXX shows are nothing new and can be found anywhere on the internet but I disagree. Sure, there are nude modeling sites with stripping videos but they are constantly edited with cuts and face zoom-ins etc. A static shot of the entire model stripping with this kind of quality is unique. The XXX shows are the most low-effort, amateurish content on the internet. All a woman needs is a webcam and she can put on a masturbation show on any of the dozens of webcam sites. The stripping and dancing is the core of this app, it made it what it was and I'm watching the best softcore content on the internet slowly disappear into generic, amateur, dime-a-dozen content. Does anyone know how this happened? Is it because somebody in charge at Totem just has a fetish for webcam shows?
XXX shows provide the girls an avenue to feel comfortable and perform in a way more similar to their other shoots.
Most girls are not trained in dance in any sort of way, whether club, pole, ballet. twerk, belly, ....dance is a specific skill that takes time to master. Most girls are models and have more training in using toys to perform sex shows than any dance. This is where istipper being a niche product *****, as the girls generally do not dance for other products. Even webcam girls rarely dance on cam. XXX shows provide the girls an avenue to feel comfortable and perform in a way more similar to their other shoots. I wish totem invested more time into training and scripting shows but the girls need to complete 6 shows, with 5 costume/hair/makeup changes, a VR shoot, a photo-shoot, paper-work, lunch in two days. Basically the girls aren't trained enough to perform dance only shows, to maintain interest from enough of the customer base. People want xxx, partially because girls perform best at xxx, as they are mostly all erotic models, not dancers. Totem tried idancer, it didn't work because the professional dancers didn't want to be nude, and people didn't want to pay for clothed professional dancers. We just have to hope they shoot more non-xxx for the few pro dancers they do get.
XXX shows provide the girls an avenue to feel comfortable and perform in a way more similar to their other shoots.I doubt that the models mind to dance instead of playing with dildos, but what do I know. Trained or not, their dance can be charming and it is at least real.
The girls you named are not objectively good dancers. You might find them attractive but they do not exhibit any dancer moves, even if they might be able to do ballet, they weren't going show that in most shows. 5-10-15 hours of gloria doing the same thing is going to get boring and sales will drop...Gloria could show her limited moves in one istripper card, then do a cosplay dildo ride in another, and use a hitachi in another, and no toy in another and make MUCH MUCH MUCH more money for the company. The only time it makes any sense to have non-xxx is when the girl doesn't do xxx and therefore is cheaper to cast, or if the girl is absolutely amazing at dancing, stripping, and pole dancing...which is rare.
Nonsense. Like I said, the decades worth of non-XXX shows prove you otherwise. If their shows are so boring then why are they rated so high? Sitting down and masturbating with a dildo for 6 shows is fucking boring. The stripping shows aren't all about dancing skills anyway. Being hot is the most important thing for me, and I don't want to see hot girls sitting down blocking their privates with a toy for 20 minutes. And even if the XXX shows sell better now, I strongly doubt they sell that much more to justify a whopping 90/10% ratio. Insane! There is something fishy going on...
It seems like XXX cards started being focused on heavily during the pandemic. Not quite true. There were fewer XXX cards in 2020 (133) than there were in 2019 (160) and 2021 (227).The main decline in XXX cards was around the switch from VG to iStripper. At that time I believe Totem said the XXX cards were not profitable, in particular the duo cards (which is a shame for me because that is the XXX content I really prefer). In 2016 there were only 53 XXX cards released however it looks like Totem had a change of heart because the number of XXX cards has been steadily climbing since the low point in 2016.And yes - I find some of the XXX solo scenes somewhat boring (paticulalry when you have 3 off or 4 off six minute long clips) and I would prefer a bit more "striptease" content.
Basically the girls aren't trained enough to perform dance only shows,
I own thousands of cards. I have not rated or commented on any card.I am sure there are lots of other members also not rating and/or commenting.
