How do I change my avatar?

I play an online game and my present avatar is a character from that game.

I desire to put another photo in her place.

I have tried the 'delete photo' function several times and then browsed to place the new photo in; but each time the first photo reappears.

Also, is there a method of putting a short clip (such as my avatar flapping her wings) in as my avatar?

Interesting, the photo I've been trying to put in became the photo for this thread when I selected it in the browse.

I'll see if I can post the photo I presently have as my avatar for this post. Looks like THAT worked, too

place an image a little smaller, that will go more quickly so that the serveur integrates it.

I bet you can't guess what online game they are from. I have 70+ characters in the game... almost all female (two are robots, so can't truly be female).

Robots can't be female? Oh, and is it City of Heroes (TM)??

I used to play that, along with EQ, EQ2, Diablo, SWG, WoW, and STO.

I deleted them all for the game I now play.

The game I now play is based on the worlds like Clark Kent, Bruce Wayne, Peter Parker, and Anthony Stark.

You can create and run either super-heroes or super-villains.

Here's one of my heroines (Necro Princess is a villainess). Her name is Purvia. BTW, the guy you see to the right is named Synapse. He is 6' 6" tall. She's a bit taller... LOL.

Well, Shodan084; robots may look feminine or even be undistinguishable from humans of either gender (and thus be 'androids'), but they can not be FUNCTIONALLY female.

And yes, the game is City of Heroes (as anyone who plays the game would immediately know when they see even one character); aka "CoH". It is also City of Villains ("CoV" -- collectively know as "CoX").

Like that photo you put in. Where's it from? Looks very familiar.

For those who don't play CoX; the guy to the right in this photo is six foot tall. His helmet truly does NOT have eye slits. He gets all his visual data from the sensors on the side of his helmet (the red dots).
