Ok...I'm up to take a *****...so let me try.Shelter, it's a matter of how many have voted.Example--If only a few, say three (3) have voted your vote has an immediate effect because there are only a few votes and, say, a "1" really lowers the average (divided by 3).But if there are many voters your vote has a less immediate effect (let's say divided by 350) It has an effect toward the total, but it's one among SOOO MANY MORE that it takes a longer, total time to make a change. Like this- if you have 3 and I give you 1 I've given you a value of 1/4 more. If you have 349 and I give you 1 it is not the same value. It is the same amount but it's value(1/350) is much less so it takes More to show an effect!If you want to see your vote have a big effect--buy the new card immediately upon it's release and rate it immediately!All votes count...just, as a percentage ,some more then others depending on when you vote & how many others have voted..
