There is no help. You can not delete an account/profile.
Once the account is created it exists forever.
It might own something and you can always use it again in the future. So deletion is not an option.
If you don't like the account, and you don't own any tickets... then just create a new one.

You should contact Totem Customer support. As a user, there is indeed no way to delete an account, but they should be able to do it.

I doubt that customer service will do anything. You have bought no cards, so it really does not matter. There is no personally identifiable information in your profile.
