i had bought 3 tickets cause i can't aford to buy membership yet and got 3 of the special deals but they don't down load all i have that down loaded id the traliers please help

A few things to try:
Go to the Downloads tab and click check for updates a few times
Make sure that the About tab says Registered to: maddanmorgan
Find the models.lst file in your Data folder and remove it. Start VGHD.
Edit your profile on this site and change your datacenter.
Uninstall and reinstall the program

I too just bought one of those packs and the downloader is downloading gthem but they are not showing up in the collection.

I have Vista, and went to users\name\etc..etc.. and that Appt Folder doesnt show up but the Used Hard drive space says that theres something there....
