Hello!
First of all,I want to say that I read FAQ and Customer Support before to create this topic,but I didn`t understand too much.
I understood is possible to have one account on 2 computers.
I have in this moment this account on 2 computers(one laptop and one desktop).
What I want to ask is IF is possible to erase somehow one license from laptop without posibility to use this account ever on that laptop and remain only with one license on my desktop.
The idea is to have one more license to use on another computer when I`ll need it(when I`ll buy a new one).
First I will tell you what I happened a long time ago with one account(at that time I could choose my own username).
I had an account and one subscription for one month.I left the country for about6-7 months and in all this time my account was inactive,of course.
When I came back I wanted to log in but I realise that I forgot the password.I knew only the username and e-mail of course.
I putted my e-mail to retrieve my password and I received the unpleasant message (your e-mail isn`t in our database or something like this).How can be this possible??
And now come the questions about accounts.
Do you have enough protection against hackers?Ours accounts are safe?
Is it my account safe if will become an inactive account for a long time against the hackers?(I speak about stolen usernames and passwords).
I putted all those questions because I wonder if it will happen the same situation like in the past.

When you install on one computer, it uses up one of your installations.
When you install on 2nd computer is uses up the other.

You have to UNINSTALL using the uninstall shortcut, so it puts back to the server that you now have one install left.

You will always have that one left till you use it again.

If you make a mistake and delete instead of uninstall , then you have to contact support, so they can give you a reset to let you install again.

Totem will have to respond to your security question.
But I am sure that the information is MD5 Hashed or another type of encryption to protect it.

Hmmm!
I wonder how many days I must wait untill get some answers from Totem about security accounts.As I can see passed allready 2 days and noone from Totem answered.I STILL WAIT SOME ANSWERS FROM THE PREVIOUS POST.It seems they answer only when you have problems.I thought they are here for us and to help us not ONLY when we have problems,but it seems I was wrong.Easy-easy I start to have doubts about promptitude of Totem.It seems created allready some connections(friendships) between Totem and SOME members(especially the VIP members-the old ones) and the new members doesn`t matter too much.With other words ,all I try to say is that some members have priority to receive answers than others.Maybe because of their rank???First VIP members,after Platinum members,etc.I don`t want to offend ,but it seems Totem don`t care members.
All I need to know is IF my account is safe,but nobody from Totem answered yet about this.

Hi Ricky78,

I get the same feeling as you because I had to reinstall Windows and wasn't able to delete the VG software first. This happened twice and I asked to reset so I can continue to use all my bought cards but nothing happened after 3 days. So I came to the conclusion that I won't spend any more money for Virtua Girl. Bought 39 cards on Virtua Girl and also some on Deskbabes. None of them I can use anymore because of that crap restriction.
Have been a member for more than a year and now I regret it.

Please open the Bugs and Fixes thread.
There you will find one called Too many Installs.
You Can Post a message there about not being able to Install, and some one will kindly reset your account for you.

I see that you have so far Made 1 post to the Forums.
If you Have been experiencing trouble, This is a good place to Come and Post your Trouble.

If we are not able to help, then you would be directed to Customer Service.

Is it currently working, or are you Having trouble with it?
