I have already requested a "natural breasts" filter,
but until it is implemented (if at all),
perhaps people who already bought girls or know the subject could compose a list of all the girls here that they know with a reasonable degree of certainty still have natural breasts, so that I can buy them?
I am aware of the "tiny tits" filter, perhaps it is better than nothing for the beginning.

We have matching collections so far and your best bet is downloading the photos that accompany the girls purchased. I have four fakes on my list being Jana H, Sharka Blue, Vicky S and I'm pretty sure Ashley Robbins had work and then gravity took it's toll. Zuzanna I'm happy to say stayed real, though I'm not the biggest fan but her ensemble was cute so no complaints. Most of your girls fall into an unmodified C cup range and stayed real. You'll notice the cleft in between the breasts, the amount they sag and with some of our girls they're relatively small chested....in the average guy's mind that is.

a natural breasts filter will do you no good as totem already have sharka blue listed in the big boobs filter

$10 says zoe makes it into the natural boobs list :p

only way to find out is to suck it & see :)

I don't understand your reasoning. The specifications that we filter by are assigned by card. Therefore if a particular card was specified as a natural breast, then that card will in fact show the girl with natural breasts - now and in the future, no matter if she has changes in the future or not.

The real issues are as follows:

If a girl does change their breast status and comes back for a retake, will Totem go back to their old records and apply them to the new cards or will they do the right thing by determining the present status of the girl for the new cards. I've seen Totem do the former which could assign her wrong.

Another problem is how Totem would determine the state of her breasts. Would they inspect the breasts themselves? I doubt it and how accurate would that be. Would they simply ask the girl? If so, how accurate would that be too since some girls do not want to tell the truth.

Even with accuracy problems, a filter would work for most cards and be nice

Well, 9 times out of 10 a discerning eye can tell the difference. We do see these girls in all their glory after all. And besides, if the boob job was so well done that you can't tell the difference on sight, then there isn't a problem is there. And of course if we're dealing with girls coming back for take 2's I'm pretty sure it will be obvious... speaking of...

Now, I might be not as good in judging body measures as you next-door tailor, but this girl has been done unjust, as far as I can tell. So, kidcadet, while you are inspecting, please check the official girl's page given measurements. And if you need some help holding the tape measure, just give me a call.

And to the topic of improved breasts, some are ok for me (as Karina, breasts as perfect as her pole work), some I have seen enough of (as Vicky S, ask me why).

Its all about Cup size, if she 32DD or 34D I will take DD's anytime!

Felina is not new to Virtuagirl. She is #46 is the release order of the original Virtuagirl. As big as her girls are I kinda doubt they are real. She never did a Take2 in VirtuaGirl2 but I am glad they brought her back for the HD version.

I think you're wrong about Ashley she's definitely had something done to them. Look at her older image sets on other sites. I think she had implants inserted through her areola to minimize scarring.
