Hi, I'm trying to load the latest update on my Mac but keep getting an error message every time. Also I can only load 1% of previews for flash sales... any ideas? Thanks B

What is the error message you are seeing? Also, as far as I know, the latest update actually is the new beta version PC 1.2.306 / Mac 1.2.307

Best guess is to try current version PC 1.2.282 / Mac 1.2.283.

Thanks for that but I'm getting 'no mountable file systems. My current version is 1.2.241. Also I've noticed that none of the auto preview clips will download - I get 1% then nothing...

For 'no mountable file system' but the current version may fix this. I say may because I don't use Mac so I am really guessing here.
