Hello i have contacted cybervixen and she said i had to message celine. i message celine twice and she is not getting back to me.

My name real name here is father48 and have had a account under the name father48 for like the last 4 years or pretty close to 4 years. The problem i am having is i can not log in to my father48 account because i lost my pass.

I can not send my self a new pass because whatever email i used to create the father48 account with is no longer active. nor do i even remember what email it was because i created the account so long ago.

So i need a admin or official to send me a new pass to a email account i have that is active.

i mean this is bull ***** for celine not getting back to me. i have a small collection in my father48 account and have also been an active member here since i have created and joining Virtua Girl HD .

all yous have to do is match my ip with with this account to my post in the art section of my father48 account and you will see i am the same person. I mean i have bought all the girls in my father48 collection and own them . so there has to be some way for me to get a new pass for my father48 account.,

I am beginning to get aggravated now and fell that celine is just ignoring me and the messages i have sent regarding this issue.

i mean look. t any of my art in the art section and look at these clearly you can see i am father48.

But without me having access to my creation email account of fathe48 i can not send a new pass and need it to be sent to a new email.

I know a mod will or admin will remove these and that's fine. i only put them here so yous can see i am who i say i am. once again match my ip

Celine has not been around much lately, that I saw. And for what I know her work is a lot more than looking at the forums and solving account issues. One thing I'm pretty sure is that she does not ignore users just because, so maybe didn't even look at your pms yet.

Did you try directly with customer service? Might be a lot faster to get a solution that way. If customer service can't help you, then contact Celine. Good luck.

Does your VG software work? and you can play your clips?

If the answer is YES, it's a simple steps to get your Password.

Log out of the web site.
On the GUI is a Community Button.
Click on it.
It will Log you in to the Web site.

The click on Help
Click on Customer Service
Click on Password
Click forgot password

You will now see your Username and Your Lost Password.

I created the father48 account close to 4 years ago. i have no proof of purchases. all i had was a screen shot with my original user and pass to log in with. that is now all long gone with my old computer that no longer works and new OS system installed.

So now i am on a completely new computer, the VGHD software that's in here now is what i had to download to register t5his account. I do not even know what the email was i used to created the father48 VGHD account with. Once again even if i did remember it i know for a fact that i will not have accesses to it anymore.

So there is no way i would be able to show anything from the fathe48 account, my other computer is history, i no longer have access nor even know the email used to create the father48 account with. and the original screen i took of the original user and pass to log in with father48 is long gone. all i can remember is one of the parts of the original fater48 pass was something like GARLA.

So i guess i am beat then. it would be retarded for me to have to buy new girls from this account when i already have my real account with father48 and a collection already. so guess i will wait to hear from her or try to contact support or something.

no worry, your problem will solved this week or really later the next week and @CV have send a PM to @Celine, by security i try also ton contact @Celine tomorrow (heu !!!! Today). and for go more quick send to Celine the parts of your password.

try also to connect you by the site, with a little luck you remember the password.

have you never get a souscription ? if yes you can ask a bank statement and have also your password by this way.

Sorry to sound a little ruff around the edges at first i was just aggravated and upset thinking i lost my account and all my art works. when my old computer broke i lost everything. i don't even have copy of any of my art works in the art section. i know now to back everything up to a cloud. but as far as my old computer goes there was nothing i could have done at all to get my stuff back. and my pass when is a screen shot in there to.
