I agree too, every bet should be recorded in the history, as the gains are. In that way, everybody should follow exactly the balance between lost and gain.

It's a big criticism that I make to Totem, not showing how much credits you have spent is a dishonest practice, IMAHO.

While I would not go as far as calling it dishonest I strongly agree that it is a major failing that the account history does not record every change in the credit balance. Indeed, I would very much like to see the actual credit balance being shown after each transaction as well as the amount it changes by as this would enable us to spot discrepancies if they occur - on the display that would just be another column though whether getting the data to be displayed there would be a simple matter or not is a different matter.

I can see that if every change was displayed then there could be floods of messages, but that argues for the abilty to filter the account history so that we can see what we want to see if, for example, we want to examine just our card acquistion history or our credit purchase history.

Paulina's card 1078 starts like that.

C'est un gros reproche que je fais à Totem, ne pas avoir trace de combien de crédits on a dépensés est d'après moi une pratique malhonnête.

Mais vu que y a rien a gagner (barre de progression sans intérêt), je n'ai pas jouer plus d'une fois histoire de tester. Et risquer le prix d'une carte pour avoir de grande chance d'avoir rien en retour fut rédhibitoire.

The matter can only be explained by a person who has a full record of my history, i.e. the exact number of games and the exact amount of winnings - I stopped the game when I saw that "suddenly from the amount of almost 8100 it dropped to 7176. Unfortunately, I am writing almost 8100 because during the game I did not look at the exact sum for each the win and I started to win almost every play of 35 credits in the 2nd round - the system decided that it was a machine error and simply deleted 900 credits in 1 second

A round, i.e. the number of games to get a gift card - sometimes I bet 1 x 15 credits, sometimes for 30 credits - games around 24 - 26 - I didn't save.

As you can see from my post made about 25 minutes ago I have on several occassions seen my credit balance apparently missing several hundred credits - but it has always been a display error not a real loss and has always been corrected by restarting the software.

To add just a little to @stefnev1 's reply. Occasionally I see a problem where my credit balance is displayed incorrectly by showing only the least significant part of the value, losing the hundreds or even the hundreds and tens digits, In my case it happens during program startup, the program then hangs and I have to ***** it and restart after which everything is OK.

While this is not the same as same @henrylee7 's problem, which happens at a later stage, they may have the same underlying cause, namely a network glitch or timeout when getting the data from the server. If so then, as when it happens to me, stopping and restarting the program (or rebooting) should fix it.

Again, I didn't make it up. I turned off the program a few times, the computer also - it did not change the fact: at the beginning of the game I had 7871 after the 1st round of 8026 in the second round I won 7 times 35 credits and 1 time 15 and it should be 8076 while I looked at the number of credits and it dropped to 7176 Just the system ate 900 credits and never showed it in history

I didn't make this up. You never see a few hundred credits disappear in your account history. The history of the loss of several hundred credits did not show how there were massive errors on Black Friday. The system just unexpectedly gave me a lot of wins at first. and that should be like a warning because it was similar on Black Friday. When the system gives too many wins, then it suddenly changes tactics and takes everything that it gave and also takes away from overweight ... It is rare to win 4 times the maximum stakes in 1 round. This confirms my opinion that I am waiting: these totem games are completely cheated and I am just waiting for my credits and an apology from the Totem

Absolutely, it is a bug if the value gets displayed wongly and this can be ***** if you are not used to it happening. But if it has the same basic cause as the problem I see then it is only a wrongly displayed value and the user can easily fix it - though, of course, he or she should not need to do so, In any case it is worth them trying if only to see if it is a real loss of credits or not.

Games are probably a pretty good deal for new customers. I have received most of my cards in my collection for 10-13 credits but a new customer will be paying twice that price until they build up a collection. There really isn't a great way to save except for on discount promotions. The special event cards are meant to trick or tease the full collectors who apparently NEED to have every card even though it is pretty much impossible to enjoy all of them. Smart on totems end but it is exploitative nonetheless. The gambling adds on another layer of exploitation, taking advantage of the addictive nature of gambling. But...it is a porn product and has no loyalty to ethics, and men and woman who partake in pornography probably shouldn't be calling out ethics in the first place.

You should already know the games are expensive for us, the members. I think no one can say he has won by playing the games. And I mean all games in total. Maybe you could win some credits by one game, but another game you will lose more credits than you won before.

Do you think I don't know it and I made it up? The system awarded me prizes and in total I had 1 round + 150 points compared to what I had at the beginning. When I started 2 rounds, the system recognized my prizes at +260 and suddenly the number of credits dropped by 900 - I stopped the game because such a game is just a cheat - and it's not the first such situation. On Black Friday, a lot of customers felt it the hard way :-(

Rainbow Candy doesn't works well. I don't receive some of the prizes that I won like 150 credits or an especial event card. Please fix it.

Yes, after the 1st round, plus 150 credits and a gift card. When I started the 2nd round, it suddenly dropped by 900
I sent screenshots to the support. No response from istripper. It just robbed me of 900 credits and I think it's another time and it shows that it pisses me off and they have lost my trust. I'm just pissed because they spoiled this weekend and pretend nothing happened. This is how silence is treated.

900 credits is a lot of money So I'm waiting for the crew to take care of it and give my money back

I honestly really would like it if things like these, (which i'm not much of a fan of anyway) had better odds of using your wishlist for the cards, done a couple of spins out of interest and the odds of getting enough cards I really like lined up before it costs more in redraws than it would to just buy the cards anyway makes it pointless to play...

I think this describes all iStripper's promotions recently. If you play them you will spend much more credits trying to win cards you want, than you would actualy spend just by buying them without these "promotions".
