hey ive bought 2 shows and nothings is downloading how do i get it to work , its been 3 days and nothing

I'm having same problem. Been a member 4 days. Two girls have downloaded okay, two have error next to download and don't work. I can't find a phone number or web address for customer service. Can some one help me locate a contact for service issues.

Hi!
If you get an error downloading a girl you can try going to the "My Collection" tab in the software, select the girl and press "Delete Her From Disk". When you have done this press "Download Her Now" on that same tab in the software.
Sometime there are errors when downloading but you can most often delete and redownload to fix this.
If this doesn't work you find how to contact support via the Help page.

Customer services are available via the Help link above. There is no phone number.
This appears to be a problem for several new users since the last server updates and last client refresh.
It is probably going to take the main development team to help and they only work week days (French time zone I think).

You might also want to post to this thread on Monday (so that tech support see it). The custom is to just post the word 'bump' to put it back to the top of the list.
