Hello there. Hope this is the right place to ask this

When I'm here in the forum, I see a PM notification in here https://imgur.com/a/5dLFChs
But when I click there, it sends me to my profile page and I can't find any PM option there.
Same on the software, I see a red dot under my user button on the upper right corner and don't see PM link either
Can someone point me the PM url please?

There's a red circle at the bottom of my icon in the program, as if I had a private message, but it no longer seems possible to view any private messages.

Is this a bug?
