Does this mean I am guarenteed to win one time every 20 times I play? Or the general odds are 1 in 20?

I am pretty sure the second is true, you can be super lucky and win in 1 entry or super unlucky and not win anything after 50 tries. In average you should spent 20 credits to win one card - not worth it, usually.
