Every card has a prefix : a, b, c, d, e or f.
You can detect when the card is released and how much nudity is in the card by the prefix, that's what I know.
But can someone tell me when these cards are released and also how much nudity in these cards ?
From date to date, please.
I know this subject has already been explained in the past, but I can't find it anywhere.

You can sort the Girls Store by release date, though that is deceptive for the d cards as they were filmed long before their release. If you do this on the Web Site you have the option of including your own cards as well as those you have not yet bought.

The "d" series are always in 480p.
The "e" and the "f" series are in 3k (crystal clear) or 4k (crystal clear +).
The "a" and "c" series are in 720p but some of them have been updated in 1080p.

The Release date and the Film date are two different things.
So you can't go by release date to know which Quality Video Camera was used to Film the Card
Also, some errors in the studio happen, and even though filmed with a high resolution camera, the camera may have been set to a lower resolution, so some cards after the the release date using a higher resolution camera might be in a lower resolution.
this might have happened, or it might not have.

There is a Filter for Quality.
you can combine Release date and Quality to see what cards at which release date, were of what Quality.

This is something you can do on your Own.

set the filters
then you See which are the cards
***** them to a playlist
Save the Playlist.

this is what the filters and Playlist are for.
For the member to sort out their collection

Sure it takes a bit of time and effort.
and that is what you should do.

learn how to use the Filters and Playlist, and you will be rewarded for your Efforts.

Pick out a single Quality
then one by one change the release date so only one date is selected.
Find out what Date displays No Cards.
then you know that cards released after year XXXX are in the quality you selected.

If you want to know what the quality is then either use the Quality filter in the Store or My Collection or look at the Quality badge that is displayed for each card.

I would also add the equipment used (and or post production methodology) for the A series cards took a bit of a leap around A600ish... (there is a noticable change in quality after A600ish in spite of the 720p constant resolution)

It is possible that may apply to some of the C series cards as well, but I have not researched that to date.

What could be much easier than going to the store or your "My Collection" and using the Quality filter to see all the cards available or that you own that are of a particular quality ?

It must take all of 5 seconds to do.

I was going to do it that way, but I'm making a database, first doing all owned cards, afterwards all cards not owned. But that is perhaps the best way, I'll see

@batavus Also some of the older cards were remastered to a higher quality! This is usually indicated on the card by a mirror photo. For instance, do a search for Armina card a1440. That card is an example of one being updated. Also, that particular card was used for the achievment badge, MAY THE 4th BE WITH YOU! Today!

Well if you want to create a database of which cards in your collection support which resolutions you could use a command line tool to search the cards' xml files

Roughly

1 Open a command shell
2 CD to the vghd\data directory
3 Enter the command findstr /ls "<resolution>" ?????.xml >resolutions.txt

This will give you a text file, resolutions.txt, that contains a list of card ids and which resolutions that they support, here is an excerpt from a run I have just done

a0825\a0825.xml: <resolution>720p</resolution>
a0826\a0826.xml: <resolution>720p</resolution>
a0827\a0827.xml: <resolution>720p,1080p</resolution>
a0828\a0828.xml: <resolution>720p,1080p</resolution>
a0829\a0829.xml: <resolution>720p,1080p</resolution>
a0830\a0830.xml: <resolution>720p,1080p</resolution>
a0831\a0831.xml: <resolution>720p</resolution>
a0832\a0832.xml: <resolution>720p</resolution>

You can then use this any way you want, e.g. load it into a spreadsheet.

It is an Access-database and I'm not programming, just creating an Access-database with their tools.

and download the zip package. It contains all data regarding card and models ever released.
All data are saved in three formats: xml, json and csv. Access allows you to import csv and xml data (json also can be imported, but it's not that easy). I think csv will be the best choice, because it is very easy to import csv data to Access. Choose is_cards.csv file and import it to your database.

After import, there are three fields that you should look at:
• coll - it stands for "collection",
• date - release date of the card,
• level - level of eroticism.

Set up your sort/filter settings using these three fields and you should get what you want.

If you want to know the quality, you can use these fields:

• r4k - number of bytes for 4K show
• r3k - number of bytes for 3K show
• r1080p - number of bytes for 1080p
• r720p - number of bytes for 720p
• r480p - number of bytes for 480p

If any of the above values are greater than 0 (zero) it means that the particular show is available with this quality.

I've already made an Excel-sheet today with the xml-format to add all not owned cards to my Access-database
I will also make an Excel-sheet with the csv-format and then I will see which is the best.
