I am new member.
I bought Jana H collection 167.
I used the sms way. I only sent one sms as she was in the calendar and was cheaper.
I got a password through sms. i entered it in the dialog box appeared when i clicked "buy her full show" option. and after a while i was able to access into her "bonus photo" and "bonus video" sections in the web page. Also i could see a box writing "in your collection". Then i followed the instruction to download her. but her full show is nowhere. When i click in "check for updates" nothing relevant happens. the program does not download the full show.
What am i doing wrong?

Is she on the "My Collection" tab of the program GUI? If so try hitting the "Check for Updates" button on the downloads tab.

i can only see her in "all girls" tab
when i click on her. in the right side under her photo it says;
trailer downloaded
i can click on the button "buy her full show"
but i cannot click on "download her noe"
If i click on the first it directs me to her web page where i can see the box "in your collection"

And as i said in the previous post. i did checked the "check for updates button" and nothing relevant happened.

reboot your PC ...

did you reboot your PC yes or no ?

if NO them do it !

It fixes to 99% the problem to your question that was asked a 1000 times in the last 12 months

If this doesn t solve it we can still suggest you very complicated ways to fix it.

In HHO's defense, and in layman's terms. When you re-boot, the VGHD downloader stops and restarts again when your computer starts back up and it usually starts the update process again and downloads the shows.

hehe Gray..some people want it more complicated so here we go

1) Quit VirtuaGirl
2) Delete the models.lst from "C:/Documents and Settings/usersname/Application Data/vghd/Data/models.lst"
3) hit the check for updates button in the download tab of the option box of the software.

i followed your instructions. and nothing new happened.
From what i describe you that i see, Is there any chance that i haven't bought her?
P.S. i also have bought another model shown in the calendar with a charge of a single sms. i can not see her full show too.

Sounds like sms codes are not being cleared on the server... Yet I see you have Jana H and lucky, is this what you brought?

well...you have 2 cards in your collection so you bought them and they are yours

the trouble seems between the server and your PC ...

could you post a picture from your download tab and collection tab please ?

this might help us fixing your trouble

I'm no expert, but have you made sure VGHD is on your exception list for firewall?

i uninstalled the whole program
and then i downloaded it again.
Now it seams to work. it started downloading of the full show.
