I think, it makes sense to limit the list of girl contenders to 10 positions (or other not very large number).

so @DonDigodon if i get you correct you suggest that the ladder will only have 10 spots and if one of the girls end up on position 11 they are out and need to be choosed as a challenger again in order to get back or?

Yes. You got it right.
Otherwise, you get a big list and it will be very inconvenient.

@DonDigodon: perhaps it could get inconvenient, however we can always change the rules when that happens (like said in the first post). For now let's see how far we can take the ladder.
