I downloaded both Vicky S's "Golden River" and Sandra H's "Sexy GI" earlier this afternoon. All areas show that these girls have been downloaded and are ready to play and yet.....they don't. Please fix or instruct me further on what I should do. Don't disappoint Smoothiepie. Please make her happy again. Thank you in advance.

Does it say "error" on the downloads tab? Are you using XP or Vista?

What OS (XP or Vista)? What version of VGHD?

Have you changed anything since your previous purchase?
Are there any files in the model folder (for the two cards)?

In what way can't you play them? Does the perform now button exist. Is it enabled? What happens if you press it?

I'm working in Vista. Nothing in the download area reads "error".
Under Item in the download tab I see tan entry that reads (straight across) 20080602rights93c669fe36da55db ?% Done. There are two entries below it that read "1000" and two that read "Done". In the Done column, one entry reads "?%," while the other three read "0%," and in the Satus column all read "1000."

Before downloading these two, I downloaded Chiara "Viennese Coffee" earlier today. I was not able to view the progression of the download as far as percentages go (bar remained empty). However she did eventually turn up on my screen. My collection tab showed that both Vicky S and Sandra H have downloaded and are enabled. Oddly enough, I returned to them just a few minutes ago, and the screen read disabled for both of them. Naturally, I enabled them again and by pressing the "Perform Now!" button, had hoped that they would play. But nothing happens and whoever is currently dancing, remains on my screen. continued..

Click the "about" tab on the VGHD program and it will tell you what version you are running.

okay I had something similar to this happen once and it turned out it was the data center I was using.do you know how to change that?
if not, log into your profile here and look for data center.try switching that and then hit delete her from disk under the my collection tab and try re-downloading from the different data center.
