I disagree with guys who say cage block a lot of the screen. Models who are free, move more and go evrywhere on the screen. So my working windows are more often blocked by free girls than by those in cage.

I'm undecided about the cage myself.

On one hand, anything that breaks the routine is good, but the cage as it was (and I rewatched some older shows recently) was simply too big and blocked too much of the screen.

I usually work with iStripper in the background so if it block a lot of my screen it defeats its purpose.

That is a really good way to stay current. Batches probably allow you to go back and enjoy your favorites as well inbetwen purchase and downloads. I generally let it run random until I see a girl I want to watch, then I watch all of her cards at once. Thats easy and quick when there are only 6 cards, not so easy when there are 18, 24 or more!

No - there are currently only half a dozen cards that I have not watched - they are among the small batch I downloaded yesterday. For various reasons I download in batches, sometimes falling two or even three months behind the release schedule, but then I put all of the recent downloads on a "not yet seen" playlist which I use and delete cards from as and when I play them.

As far as I can see all significant functionality that could work in a standalone mode does work.

Let's face it, @TheEmu, the only significant function of iStripper is showing naked women on my desktop. Since that works offline, I'm happy!

Some things don't run offline, such as the current slot machine promotion.

Of course some things don't work off line, but these are almost only things that by their very nature rely on interacting with the servers - such things as reading from or posting to the forum. There are perhaps a couple of ***** things that do not work even though they don't obviously need server access - e,g. displaying your avatar next to your name in the top left of the GUI's window and a couple of the right click circular menu options (displaying the clip list for a card used to require server access but I think that now works without it) but they are *****. As far as I can see all significant functionality that could work in a standalone mode does work. Things like the slot machines require network access because they involve "monetary" (actually credit balance) transactions which can never safely be done locally.

It should also be possible to have an "infinite" series of gates and fly through them, By "infinite" I really mean a cycle of 5 to 10 gates so that flying through the last brings you back to where you started.

I find the cage clips to be very useful in certain type of fullscreen scenes (and would greatly appreciate their return) but rather ugly and too obtrusive on the desktop.

As @EverthangForever has suggested a different style of cage might be more acceptable than the old style, though a lightweight cage would not provide the same opportunities for the performers as they could not hang from the bars. They would also work differently in fullscreen scenes so if they are introduced they would preferably be tagged in a way that allowed us to control which type is used in a scene as we can with Table, BehindTable and FrontTable clips.

An aspect of the cage clips that bugs me when creating scenes is their variability in height - if you put two or more in a row next to each other this really stands out though soemetimes you can disguise it behind a foreground element of the scene.

I have long advocated for a much more stylish 'cage' .. which is easier to store.
I find the original narrow box to be gross.. even hideous & way out of place here.
Would much more prefer 12 holes drilled into the stage floor for 12 poles.
and If they can be made to eventually rotate, then even better.

Absolutely ***** the cage. Have deleted many clips with the cage. Would probably pass on any new shows with the cage.

I think comments have been made about previous slot machine games that the actual game takes place on the main computers at Totem and any hesitations, etc that you see are purely the GUI - @Wyldanimal is the expert in this area and can explain it better than me.

Certainly, I have had a few spins and on two occasions I got the message that I had been awarded 50 credits BEFORE the reels had finished spinning to show the 2 skulls (I was playing the max. bet)!

If you are referring back to the poll in 2019, the reality is that 73 people said they would like to see the return of the cage.

It is pushing it a bit to extrapolate that to "50% of us". The sample size is too small to be statistically representative.

No I understand that. I am stating that if I start with 170 credits I bet 10 credits get 2 skulls so that should be 50 credits so I should end up with 160 + 50 credits=210 credits. I am saying that when I win the 50 credits then my balance is dropping by 50 credits then adding it back so I just end up with 170 credits.

What would be the reason to ban that feature?

Didn't bother me is the same as saying that it did not irritate or aggravate. Once @Philours pointed out the poles, I could not stop wondering why there were stripper poles in the middle of the desert.

@celine I hav noticed when winning more than 10 credits the slot machine is taking away the amount of credits first then adding them back. So I am not actually winning any additional credits. Can you please look into this

I've spent about $2000 on istrip in the last two months. You did make a particularly good product, I feel I should restrain myself. Resist the temptation and keep my sanity.😂

@sweetmilk, too late. You are hooked like the rest of us! Soon you will be able to show restraint when you have all of the cards. At that point, you can ONLY buy about 30 cards a month. Welcome to the club!

@smith2, what you wrote is only true if a collector needs cards that are older then 45 days (I think that is the time we must wait for new cards to become available, although it might be longer.) For example, yesterday, I needed 7 cards, but those were all brand new. When I go to the slot machine, I am told that I have all of the cards and could only play to win credits.

For those who have a complete or almost complete collection, they do not risk having promotional offers mainly on cards that they already have. Let's say that someone is missing 4 cards, is it automatically those that will be offered for discounts? If so, it's a boon for them.
