Because i played the Juicey Pink game and bought a x3 credits (60 credits for 3 chances) and it shows i got 3 lottery tickets and I played. Then I bought two more sets of x3 (so another 120 credits) but i still only have 3 lottery tickets... how do you get more? Do you not get one everytime you play or is it something else.....??

I would suggest that if you have the one-click purchase option selected, turn that option off as once you click that option, the card is purchased. Check out possible cards that you may purchase in the future so this doesn't happen again.

Did you notice in your QA something peculiar for the latest card of Kylie Green - 'A Matching Set'
For clips 4 and 6 , the Production filming had allowed the model to stray so far left
off from her center stage ?
I only noticed this when using the (above) two standing models scene where Kylie disappears to the left
altogether from time to time when there is no pole. It doesn't happen with other cards & seems to have been corrected in clip 10.
Thought I would raise that issue here for someone to pass on to the production film director, because standing models being off-center mainly affects fullscreen users .

It took me about 1400 credits to get the the SEC for week 1. That was not the most efficient of routes as I used the event to buy some extra cards. I did about 300 credits in the scratch-offs for giggles (Rainbow and Honey only), a single Wheel of Bargins for the tickets, Two hundred credits or so on the slot machine for fun, and the rest was a combination of the Free Packs and Progressive Redraw. That was with the Triple-Diamond discounts on the card purchases.

It depends on the business - but I have not said that businesses should deliberately disgruntle or ignore their customers only that satifying them is a means of acheiving the primary aim of making a profit rather than, as has been claimed by others, that customer satisfaction should itself be the primary aim. To claim otherwise is to ***** the means with the purpose.

Companies try to satisfy their customers in order to be profitable, they do not try to be profitable in order to satisfy their customers.

The simplest way to make customers happy is to reduce prices to a negligable level - but then you tend to go bust.

As far as I know this is correct. I will almost certainly be using a Joker card for this show later but we have to wait to do this for awhile.

If you are the sole source of something that people want badly enough then you can get away with annoying all of your customers. A company can survive without having happy customers if it still makes a profit - the reverse is not possible.

I agree with you on this point. In my opinion, Totem's sometimes willful ignorance of its customers comes from the fact that they are alone in their niche, and that they don't mind losing customers because of that, if as you say they still make a profit in the end.

So the lack of competition has perverse effects in the capitalist economy.

It's just that I find it a bit "hypocritical" (the term may be too strong, but it's the one that comes to mind), to make customers believe through threads like this, that Totem is listening to them and ready to answer questions (the ones they want to answer). Or at least that they are responsive to their concerns.

Only the Dolz cards are (or will be) tradeable after a fashion. If you used a Joker by mistake they are sometimes willing to fix that for you.

Why use a joker? You can use a gift card. The SECs can only be received (outside of games) with jokers. Save the jokers for such, unless you do not care about the SECs or have no gift cards.
